I absolutely love this vacuum, as a relatively new mother in a relatively new big house, this made sweeping up floors significantly faster and easier. After maybe the first 6 months or so, I did have an issue with the tube attachment intermittently losing connection, but customer support was super friendly and helped me finally get to the bottom of the issue and sent me a replacement so that I can get back to using the full benefits of my favorite vacuum ever!

The handle part where the two pieces connect snapped on me and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone that can help replace it or refund it and i have yet to get a hold of someone

Update 3/15/2023: been using this daily for 3 weeks and I love it. Still powerful. Still a quick, easy charge. I accidentally left it out and my husband knocked it over - the canister busted open. But nothing was broken and everything continued to work, so it’s not as fragile as I first feared. We got a dog very recently and this picked up all the innards of a wrecked dog stuffy toy (aka all the fluff). I had to use the cutting tool to clean out stuffing that got wrapped around the roller and it worked well. I was surprised the little dust bin was able to hold so much, though there was a noticeable reduction in suction by the last bit. I highly recommend this vacuum. Original review: Ive only used this one day, but I have some initial thoughts as I compare it to the Eureka cordless that it is replacing. This is the Eureka I was using, purchased 2/10/2021: Eureka RapidClean Pro Lightweight Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, High Efficiency Powerful Digital Motor LED Headlights, Convenient Stick and Handheld Vac, Essential, White The Fabuletta is pretty great overall. I like that it stands upright on its own. Its weird to me that this is not a common feature! The suction is great, for being a low-end cordless vacuum. My cats have clay based cat litter and this does a very good job of picking that up, rather than just kicking it around like the Eureka did. This came with a tool to both clean the filter, and hook/cut the hair that inevitably will get trapped in the roller. I havent used the tool, yet, but Im already looking forward to using this rather than pulling out the shears. The motorized head gets pretty close to the baseboards, and what it wasnt able to grab, I was able to get by using the attachments. This vacuum feels a little cheaper than the Eureka, so Im going to go easy on it as I think a good fall would probably break it. My primary use of this will be the non-carpeted surfaces in my home, but I did take a swing at my living room deep-pile carpet and low-pile area rug. It was hard to push along on carpet, but it actually did a good job. I have a 2 year old and this picked up the pretzel sticks that were under the coffee table (something the Eureka never could manage), along with the other crumbs and some small stickers. It was by no means a deep clean, but for a quick vacuum, I was not disappointed. The battery life is not great. I ran this on medium for a bit, and high for a bit, for a total of about 20 minutes and Im down to one bar of life. I did NOT notice a reduction in suction power though. My chief complaint is some of the design elements. The power button is right where I want to naturally rest my hand, so I accidentally turned it off during my first use until I adjusted my grip (to a more awkward position). Additionally, the way the filter sits in the cup is kind of strange. It doesnt really have a clear way that it should be in there. Its good that there are two because if I were to take it out to clean and leave it for a few days, Im not 100% certain I could get it back in just right. But since there are two filters included, I can just replace as needed without delay. In a straight comparison with the Eureka, the Eureka has a better overall design, but the release button for the dust cup broke and its losing suction after 2 years, and it was never as powerful as this Fabuletta. The Eureka had a slightly wider head so it covered more floor on each pass, but I was having to go over the same area twice due to poor suction (and it kicked up stuff a lot instead of sucking!), compared to the Fabuletta. I struggled to rate this machine as its not a 5 star vacuum - its simply not going to compare to the really fancy cordless machines out there. However, for the price point, its much better than the Eureka (in the same price point) that I was using. So, its a 5 star machine from that perspective, minus 1 star for the design pieces. Note: I did not get the version that includes the small hand-held motorized head or the flexible attachment, but I wish I had.

Update: After corresponding with the company directly, they replaced the defective vacuum with a brand new one. They said that there were probably some defective parts which caused it to break. They have since identified and fixed this problem. I am happy to say I am using the replacement without problems. ================================================================================= I bought this in Feb 2023 and it seemed fine for a little while. Just use in the basement occasionally. Today (5/31/23) I was using it and the motor/handle broke off the rest of the vacuum. The wires pulled out. I tried holding things together but no use. Looking at where it split, the screws just broke inside. I cant see any way to repair it myself so it is probably just going into the trash. I think the mfg needs to strengthen the assembly so it cant snap apart. Unless the mfg can replace it for me, I guess I will look into another brand. Too bad, I really liked the features.

*UPDATE 06/15/2023* Reached out to the manufacturer through the Amazon order page; VERY quick response (within 30 minutes) and they’re sending me a replacement vacuum. Assuming i actually receive it, we’ll see how long the replacement lasts. Hopefully they’ve addressed the problem that has so many of these vacuums breaking apart. This little cordless electric broom was great for nightly quick kitchen floor cleanup… UNTIL IT FELL APART barely 3.5 months after purchase. The entire powered handle unit literally snapped off in my son’s hand as he was using it; the plastic connections inside that hold the motor to the stick portion broke right apart. “Return and support windows closed” so now I’ve got a useless piece of junk that didn’t even survive for 4 months and I can’t get my money back. Consider your options before purchasing this one… you get what you pay for, I guess.

Update: Company responded back stating I received a defective product and swiftly sent a replacement! They had great customer service. I contacted them via Amazon messaging but also reached out to customer service on their website and was able to get a faster reply there. Original: Loved this vacuum. It perfectly suctions hardwood, tile, and carpeting. As other reviewers have stated, the item broke after a short period of time. The screws connecting the connector to the base of the vacuum and stick portion were weak and just broke off. Tried contacting the company regarding this issue but no response has been received. I really liked this vacuum and am disappointed that a vacuum at this price was defective within 3 months. Really hoping the company will respond back or will have to contact Amazon.

This stick vacuum is fine. I have some issues since I’m a dog groomer & I’ve used many of my clients vacuums. It’s just ok. It will shut off if you slightly move your hand off the power, the charge on low is about 20 minutes. It has the suction power, but keeping it on is frustrating. For the price it’s fine but I have a feeling I’ll upgrade. I don’t need a shark, as some I’ve used are from Amazon & not name brand. If you need touch up & have pet hair this will be ok. It works good on carpet & some short rugs. Overall I’d recommend it if you need a touch up quick vacuum.

I really like this vacuum for everyday quick pickups! It worked wonderfully for 2 months and then the top broke. I reached out to Fabuletta Customer Support and they were great! They responded immediately and quickly replaced the vacuum. So far this new one is working great! I was very happy with their response.

After a good amount of research into cordless vacuums, I selected the Fabuletta 25Kpa cordless vacuum cleaner earlier this year. The reason I choose this brand and model number was: - The powerful 250 W motor providing ample suction power + “boost” speed switch - 25.9V/22mAh battery giving me 35 minutes non-stop vacuum time at normal speed. - Light weight at 5.5 lbs - Washable HEPA filter with mesh cover + An extra HEPA filter - Numerous attachments/accessories for carpet, floor and small nooks - Replacement battery The vacuum was/is excellent and got used daily for a 30 min run. The canister had plenty of space and the best part was easy cleaning and washing of the HEPA filter. I liked the replacement battery which allowed me to run longer by having a 2nd battery. However, after 4 months of continuous use, the attachment to the main unit broke which made the entire vacuum unusable. That is when I reached out to [email protected], and Cassie stepped in to help. A couple of emails back & forth, sent pics of broken part and they replaced the broken unit with a brand new one in 3 days. Now that’s just amazing customer service. But beyond a great customer experience this is a solid product given the functions and features you’re getting. As a matter of fact based on their product and my experience I’m buying their Air Fryer unit Air Fryers 4 Qt, Fabuletta 9

Very limited battery life unless used on lowest setting. Will need to by back-up battery at $48 which would have been an issue if the vac had been more expensive. Good suction even on lowest setting. Will eat your throw rugs though. It’s light weight is great for back disabled or the elderly.
