Unfortunately, I couldnt use it because the battery didnt run out whether it was my fault or the products problem and vaccum container was little bit small, but the company read my feedback and wanted to know what the problem was right away, it would have been fine if I had ordered the product again. It was very difficult for companies that usually dont give feedback to replace things or get parts back. And for electrical products, it is recommended to buy insurance together. Especially in my case, the vacuum always broke down after about a year.

UPDATE: A satisfying customer services experience! The seller offered me replacements or refund. Unfortunately I already bought a new vacuum so I requested a refund which was quickly processed. I will buy this vacuum when I need another one! So disappointed that its been only less than four months that Ive been using it so well, and then suddenly broke! The vacuum didnt fall over at all, and just broke all of sudden while I was using it.

This cordless vacuum is a literally life saver!! As a busy mom with kids on a farm this make is so simple to maintain some cleanliness with out fully sweeping the floors all day long! Also cleans out My car pretty well! I will buy another if this one ever dies! Its very durable. I cant tell you how many times it has been dropped & still works. My kids even want to vacuum the floors now! Its also small & light enough for my 3yo to use!! Collecting pet hair is a breeze! 10/10 recommend!!

I really like this little guy! Easy to clean filter and cannister, Good suction, and 3 speeds to conserve battery life. Has a high quality roll feel to it on the wood floors too. I like the way the extension wand works too, never seen anything like that before, super easy. Also like that itll stand up on its own, so no bending over to pick it up when you stop for any reason. Battery time is around maybe 15 minutes or so, which is plenty of time for me to get done what I need to. I like that the battery pack is removeable. A link to spare batteries wouldnt hurt. If my place was any bigger, and if...IF I felt like vacuuming a little more, Id sure like that 2nd battery. It also, on a rare occasion, will change speeds on its own. They have an odd touch sensitive switch on the top to change speeds. Seems like thats haunted from time to time, but in no way a deal breaker. All in all, I really like this lil guy! The attachments are really handy and work very well too. I like the mini brush roller head. Great for cat hair off a multitude of surfaces, couches, cushions, etc.

Pros: lightweight Easy to maneuver Battery lasts as long as advertised Easy to clean Cons: not for carpet Dirt canister is small has to be emptied frequently Loses suction as battery charge goes down 90% of my floors are hardwood, so this vacuum works really well for me. It’s good for a quick clean up and the battery lasts long enough that I can almost vacuum my entire first floor. I like that it’s super light & I can just grab it & go. I don’t have to unwind a cord.

For the price, you probably won’t find a better vacuum; however, this vacuum will not change your life. You’ll need to spend $600-$1,000 for that. I can use it for a fraction of the time it takes with my more expensive cordless vac. I can do our living room thoroughly and it takes up over half the battery. It will pick up your carpeted areas, but it doesn’t freshen up the carpet (meaning, it’s not powerful enough to move the carpet fibers to keep the carpet “alive” for longer As said before, it’s the best you’ll get for the price. But I would definitely recommend having a powerful backup for carpet. This is great for my day to day needs on hardwood with dog hair and kid crumbs.

La aspiradora tiene muy buena potencia. la batería en el mínimo dura una limpieza de la casa si no es muy grande. NO pesa y hace muy poco ruido. Menos que una con cable. Es ligera y fácil de manejar y sus luces ayudan a ver la basura en el piso. Nos gustó mucho pero de un momento a otro en el 5to día de uso se le rompió de la mano a mi esposa. Al parecer apretaron demasiado los tornillos o el acrílico no es muy resistende para las maniobras de la aspiradora. Sentimos la pérdida profundamente porque nos gustó. Le recomendamos al vendedor que vea ese detalle de diseño con el fabricante. Si la usa de maneta diaria tal vez no sea la indicada pero si la usa dos o tres veces por semana asumo que sea una buena elección.

Im on my second one because I broke the first one. Rotating head got hung up on a rug, sucked it into the head, and I pulled really hard and twisting it, and it broke at the clear catch bin where the pipe attaches. If that happens to you I suggest you turn it off and gently remove the rug. I love it though! I bought a second one and now I have spare parts and battery! :)

I’ve been using a roomba for a while now but I wanted something I could use that was hands on. This vacuum has great suction compared to my hand vacuum I have and the battery life is excellent. The debris holder is fairly small so if u have a big mess or an animal that sheds a lot you may have to dump it a few times before finishing up. The only other thing i don’t like is it doesn’t leave the lines in the carpet that my roomba tends to where it basically shows you vacuumed. I kind of liked those but it’s very easy to use and I would definitely recommend.

*UPDATE 06/15/2023* Reached out to the manufacturer through the Amazon order page; VERY quick response (within 30 minutes) and they’re sending me a replacement vacuum. Assuming i actually receive it, we’ll see how long the replacement lasts. Hopefully they’ve addressed the problem that has so many of these vacuums breaking apart. This little cordless electric broom was great for nightly quick kitchen floor cleanup… UNTIL IT FELL APART barely 3.5 months after purchase. The entire powered handle unit literally snapped off in my son’s hand as he was using it; the plastic connections inside that hold the motor to the stick portion broke right apart. “Return and support windows closed” so now I’ve got a useless piece of junk that didn’t even survive for 4 months and I can’t get my money back. Consider your options before purchasing this one… you get what you pay for, I guess.
