> 3 dayI bought this March 2017, to start making my own shirts as a I have a vinyl machine. I bought a swing away first and I hated it! There’s no room to see where the design goes on the shirt and the design can move. The clamshell is the way to go and 15x15 is plenty big enough. I’ve not had any problems!

> 3 dayHeats in decent time. Isnt too heavy. Doesnt warm the room up. Does have an odd smell when on. Hoping its something that will eventually cook off. Its been a while since I bought, though. I also wish I could close without turning off and not have timer beep

> 3 dayDoes its jobs. I suggest putting on a solid table or something. I used this on a fold up table and it does bounce a bit when I release the press. When I use on solid wood and works like a charm. I takes a bit to warm up, nothing crazy long but 5 or so mins to get to my temp at 330. I recommend it.

> 3 dayHad it for about a week and I love it! So easy to use and everything gets pressed on the first try.

> 3 dayI thought I was going to be able to use this for making many many T-shirts. The handle does not lock down so you have to hold it. My adjustment knob is not functioning properly. And it does not heat evenly. Which calls some of the designs to get messed up when I was trying to press them. I could not return the machine so I’m just stuck with a dysfunctional machine and I just use my cricket hand for us at this point.

> 3 dayI have researched over a year to find the right heat press. This is it! Whether you’re a beginner or pro, this heat press is for you. I’ve only used it a few times but so far it is great! I’m sorry that I waited a year.

> 3 dayWe used this press to immediately construct 36 custom T-shirts, each requiring 4 separate presses, on the day we received it. Wed already owned a 10 x 12 press by the same manufacturer which continues to serve us well, so we decided to buy the same brand. We didnt expect a $1000 press for this price, but for our purposes its great. Now where to store it? Its pretty big.

> 3 dayI did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before I bought my heat press. Im also in a ton of cricut facebook groups so I did some researching there also. I found that maybe 9 out of every 10 have purchased this same press. I have used it several times and I couldnt be any happier with my decision. For $6 for 3 years how could you pass up on an extended warranty. I highly recommend this heat press!

> 3 dayAbsolutely no complaints thus far. I had pined for a t-shirt heat press for months and spent as much time researching over and over and over the various brands. Once I finally had the funds to purchase, I decided on this press for a few reasons: 1) Price and platen size: I purchased this press for $189.99 and it is 2) Automatic heat setting and plate opening: The platen temperature and automatic timer are extremely easy to set. The press heats up very quickly and is usually ready to go in roughly 10-15 minutes. Also, regarding the temperature, the press is ready within 10 degrees of your target temperature. You will hear an intermittent clicking coming from the platen as it approaches the target temperature and is a cue that your press is ready for use. The automatic timer starts the countdown as soon as you close the press. Once the time elapses, it emits a repeated beeping and automatically pops open the press; which is a nice touch. The hatch of the press opens nice and wide, so you should have no fear of burning yourself on the platen. The con I can think of is that the hatch can be hard to open at the higher pressure settings when the shirt is done. Make sure your press is on a sturdy table or workspace as you may have to brace yourself to pop open the press on occasion. Not a deal-breaker at all and probably a good sign that the pressure is effective. I definitely recommend this; especially if you are a first-timer like me looking to inexpensively start a t-shirt business with a quality heat press.
