> 3 dayFinally got a chance to unbox and try out the heat press during the Presidents day holiday. It was a little trial and error in heating up the heat press because the instructions were poor. However, I was able to make a T-Shirt and it turned out great so overall I am happy with my purchase and look forward to many uses. I absolutely love my shirt.

> 3 dayI bought this March 2017, to start making my own shirts as a I have a vinyl machine. I bought a swing away first and I hated it! There’s no room to see where the design goes on the shirt and the design can move. The clamshell is the way to go and 15x15 is plenty big enough. I’ve not had any problems!

22-11-2024Although this is commercial equipment, I feel that it is too heavy for just anyone to use. It is very hard to open and close. I am impressed with the ease of use otherwise. It is a great press at adhering vinyl to clothing. The 15X15 size is a great size for pressing.

> 3 dayThis press has been great! Ive had it for a few months now, using it to cure my screen printed shirts and the shirts are curing beautifully. I have not experienced uneven heating areas and it is evident in my 12x12 designs that have been washed multiple times. Go ahead and pull the trigger on this press. Its worth the money!

> 3 dayGot this for my wife’s side business. She was previously using a hand held model to make her products which resulted in uneven presses and made the end product not look as well as it could. The heat press made that a non issue as she is able to press a full design at one time ensuring a clean final result. The machine came ready to use . Quick set up and she was on her way to doing what she loves!!

> 3 daySo far I really love this machine. It’s a bit heavy but that’s expected. The instructions were very minimal. I have to use google to figure out that my pressure was too high and that’s why I couldn’t get it back open without using some muscle. I really don’t like that when I click it down to lock it, there’s a screw that it hits and it makes a loud noise. No avoiding that. Otherwise easy to use. Well worth the money. I bought the 3 yr warranty that was recommended. I noticed a chemical smell using it which I’m guessing is considered the burn off. I used it right out of the box and didn’t notice issues with my shirts.

> 3 day******BUYER BEWARE!!!! This heat press is trash! Don’t waste your money by buying it! The temperature is off by 93°. I use it for sublimation so if I try to use it at 400° it literally BURNS my shirts. I have to set it to 320° and even that is pushing it. Another problem I have with it is that it doesn’t have even pressure. I get a good press for 3/4 of my shirts but the top of them are never pressed right and look really faded there. See image for example. The customer service is a HUGE reason to stay FAR away from this product. I wanted to replace my heat press but going through the normal motions wasn’t giving me the option so I had to contact Amazon. Amazon told me that the seller fulfilled my purchase and that I would have to reach out to them or they told me that I could return it and promised to have my money back to me within 3 days because I just opened a business and can’t go without a heat press. When I contacted the seller, they told me I needed to contact Amazon to get the replacement. So round and round I went until I finally sent the seller a screenshot of what Amazon said. The seller told me I needed to send them my heat press back and that they would send me a new one which would take them a few WEEKS! I tried to explain that I don’t have weeks. I can’t go without a heat press but the seller did not care one single bit. They were rude, they had no “customer service”. So now I’m just going to be stuck with a crap heat press that doesn’t work right because this seller couldn’t care less and doesn’t want to back their product. When I first reached out to this seller about my heat press having uneven pressure and having the wrong temperature they told me that unless I bought a temperature gun they couldn’t do anything to help me.
