These lights work great if you follow the directions. Our lights never lasted as long as advertised, but when we actually read the box it said do not touch the lights with your bare fingers. This made a major improvement in the life of the bulb.

Product works, but like almost all Halogen/Xenon bulbs, they dont last long. Currently being used in under cabinet lighting. When my supply of spare Halogen/Xenon bulbs is depleted, I am going to rewire with LED strips.

Does the job

One of the reasons I love Amazon. Needed this bulb for our Kenmore microwave/hood combo. For the price and speed (admittedly, Im a Prime member), it is just so convenient. Worked like a champ.

This 3-pack of halogen bulbs worked perfectly for my over the range microwave oven. Amazons price per bulb was superior to my local stores and the speed of service was outstanding. Ive only had these bulbs for a limited time now, but the quality seems fine so far. The packaging was sufficient to get them delivered safe to my home, yet easy enough to pull the bulbs out without difficulty. If you need multiple halogen bulbs, this is a great value!

Like you, I was concerned about the quality and the longevity of this bulb given the price. Boy, was that silly. Ive had this bulb installed as a replacement on our kitchen cupboard lights for over 6 months now and its shining perfectly. Take precaution when installing these bulbs not to the touch the bulb itself with your bare fingers (oils from your skin may decrease bulb life). I just used rubber gloves when installing and voila!
