11-06-2025This is a great water pitcher. I wasnt worried too much about chemicals in my water, it gets tested yearly but I do have some rust and there is a smell that I dont like. With this pitcher the water is crystal clear and has no aroma and tastes great. I like the environmentally friendly reusable cartridge and the cartridge fits better than with other pitchers Ive used where the water leaks around the opening. Its a great price, great customer service and I would buy this again for sure.

> 3 dayGood oval shape, fits well in refrigerator, but filtered Water has smell and bitter after taste that has caused me to discontinue use. No amount of cleaning of pitcher has removed this taste. Unfiltered water has no such taste.
