The 12x 20s are getting harder to find. This is a great brand and easy to swap

Price isnt too bad but for a set to be delivered to my door monthly its totally worth it. 3m is always a qaluality product so im never afraid that the filters will be bad they are very good and make my house a little less dusty while only needing to change every 3 months

Filtretes seem to do a very good job and are well made. 20x20x1 and 16x20x1 are accurate measurements. The larger filter for the downstairs system needs to be precise to slip in. Other cheaper brands have been a teeny bit too wide and an ordeal to install. 5 Stars except 3 for Presentation because when this set arrived one of the ends was a bit smashed. I will straighten them out to work.

A good filter. You can spend a fortune if you want to filter out everything. This seems to be a decent range filter for a decent price. I buy the two pack and change them every ninety days. It will extend the life of the unit.

This was probably totally my fault, but they are too thick for my AC/heating system. Had to strip off the cardboard frame to make them fit and managed to cut up my hand on the wire doing it. Ill have to see if I can find thinner filters for the future.

The great middle between very expensive and very cheap. Overall this is the perfect middle ground filter. When you want something well made, but also cheap enough to replace several times a year.

I have tired many air filters over the years and have come across 2 problems. One, the filters that protect better, often restrict the air flow too much and have actually shut down my furnace. Two, the air filters that allow good air flow dont filter very well. This is the best air filter that I have found that will both filter well and also not restrict air flow. If you have any of the two issues I did, do not hesitate to give these a try.

Living in an apartment, I would let the management replace filters each month with their filters. Having lived in numerous houses, I know the value of clean air inside my residence. Two days after installing one of these filters, the air in my apt became much cleaner, and headaches and nasal congestion ceased. Spend the extra money if you think you are worth it.

The best is the filters are perfect fit . Opposed to others that are cut wrong .
