> 3 dayThere was a small piece cracked off and the plastic cover was coated in what seemed like Vaseline I’m in sure but other than that the ruler was perfect for what I needed

> 3 dayThis is exacty what I needed to use with my Fiskars cutting mat. I have had no problem with the black printing coming off the ruler, and I used both water and a liquid cleaner. Perhaps those who had this problem got a “bad batch”? I am extremely happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayI used to cut quilt blocks out with my cutter on the mat using a ruler -- NOT ANY MORE! This square 8 1/2 ruler sped things up so much when I was making a cathedral window style crazy quilt (which was labor intensive) and I will find or adapt patterns to use the 8 finished blocks and use this whenever possible. I love this square ruler, its my new favorite gadget for sure.

> 3 dayAs a another reviewer noted, this ruler does not have any angle markings--but the photo shows correctly the products features. It is a fabulous price point, but I would not use this as my primary ruler. It excels, though, as a secondary ruler. I use this to butt up against my Olfa lip ruler on my cutting mat (both of which are more than 30 years old) to ensure that Im pefectly square to the cutting line or fabric edge that I need. Because it is lightweight, it is easy to handle for this task that Ive designated. My strips are perfect every time as I can nudge my Olfa to the line that I need for precision cutting without turning my fabric.

> 3 dayThis was bigger than I envisioned but it is the perfect size for our application. We are using this in a photo booth with a red background to take photos of the parts for our machines. The scale is easy to read and gives great perspective to the photos. I cant imagine a better tool for our needs. The only reason I didnt give this 5 stars it one edge was a little sharp and needed to be hit with sandpaper the take the edge off.

> 3 dayThis ruler is just what I needed. I have a 6”x 24” ruler that is my “go to” ruler, and I use it for A LOT of measuring, cutting and squaring up, but sometimes it’s just a little to big to be convenient. This 3” x 18” ruler fit the bill when I still need a longer straight edge, but because it’s a bit smaller than my 6” x 24” it can be easier to use.

> 3 dayI have used this brand this style for years in years. Mine was so brittle that it cracked many times. I ordered one this one from Amazon, then found one at Joann fabrics. The one at Joannes was cheaper because of sale but the same. The biggest problem with this new Layout is it is very difficult to see the precise line to many colors, thick lines. However it is not the seller it is Fisker the company that produces the rulers. So to the seller sorry for the three stars,

> 3 dayThe numbers are large and easy to read which is a real plus. I do some sewing and crafting, and it helps me a lot of have a clear, see-through ruler with bright, clear lines to work with.

> 3 dayI didn’t keep the ruler, because I accidentally ordered one I already had. However, it was clear and it looked good. It was in great condition. I would order again if I needed it!
