These bands were exactly what I needed for physical therapy at home. I am very pleased with them!

Very good quality. Can definitely feel a difference in the strength of each band. Use them a lot when recovering from an ankle injury.

Exercise!

The climate in Hawaii is hell on rubber leather, iron, and plastic. These exercise bands last a good while but fall apart after about a year and have to be replaced. Still worth it. Whats the alternative.

Packaged in pretty pink pouch. Bands are beautiful shades of pink and purple. We’ll made. Each band is printed with its weight gage. Also comes with helpful instruction manual. I am very happy with this purchase!!
