> 3 dayThey do stretch out over time. But I had my previous pair for 3+ years before I replaced them. The lighter resistance ones (obviously) are more prone to snap or tear so be careful. I use mine at least 4x per week for reference.

Greater than one weekAfter using resistance bands in physical therapy, I bought two sets of these - - leaving one set as loops, and cutting the other set to have loose ends. What I like about bands is that you can just pick one up and do a set of exercises while reading, watching TV, etc., and a set weighs next to nothing and takes up little space in luggage. Free weights are not kind to my senior joints. Resistance is the way to go for me when it comes to toning and strengthening. A really easy way to help achy shoulder joints with various exercises.
