> 3 dayI ordered these for my parents after my mom had healed from a broken shoulder. They use them every morning following a couple of people on YouTube. They love them and can tell the increase in mobility and strength.

18-11-2024After using resistance bands in physical therapy, I bought two sets of these - - leaving one set as loops, and cutting the other set to have loose ends. What I like about bands is that you can just pick one up and do a set of exercises while reading, watching TV, etc., and a set weighs next to nothing and takes up little space in luggage. Free weights are not kind to my senior joints. Resistance is the way to go for me when it comes to toning and strengthening. A really easy way to help achy shoulder joints with various exercises.

> 3 dayVery good quality. Can definitely feel a difference in the strength of each band. Use them a lot when recovering from an ankle injury.

> 3 dayThese definitely work for working out. So far we are at extra-light and light, and with two people using them for different workouts for about 30 minutes every day, they’ve held up so far. You can definitely feel the difference in each one. Good price point for the quality, very simple but effective. We got these to share in a tiny apartment so it’s great that they can fit in the bag it comes with and get tucked under a couch cushion or hung on a door and out of the way.

> 3 dayNo issues with breaking or tearing. Comes with nice bag to keep them all in one place and some exercises to do in case you are new to bands. Each band labeled with difficulty level. Would buy again.
