Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. I’ve done a few of these screen replacements and this was the best kit I’ve used yet. Make sure you fully remove the old screen and clean the mounting surface on the case super well, then just be careful with the tiny plugs and make sure everything is clean before you reassemble. Thanks for the great product and fast shipping!

There was no instructions... and my husband managed to end end up breaking another piece trying to replace the glass. Now the iPad is trash and the glass is useless

I had to YouTube instructions. it’s pretty straightforward once you do that never replaced a screen before and it was quick. Tips use a hair dryer around the edges to loosen the original glass adhesive. Find a small bowl for the almost microscopic sized screws inside the ipad, I lost/found both sets 2x. Remember the worst case is you still Have to Take it for someone else to replace.

Love that it came with the home button assembly already attached.

I had tried another screen and that one did not work. One of the reasons I ordered this one specifically was because of the underside are protected by tape. I also added more tape so there wouldn’t be any signal transferred to the base as that causes the touchpad not to work properly. I put it together, set a short prayer, waited an hour because the other Screen protector keypad wouldn’t take my code. And then it worked. I have one more to fix and I will order this exact model again. I am very impressed.

Touch worked for like 3 days before it started getting progressively worse. Please don’t buy this.
