We received this bag in poor used condition. It smells heavily like air freshener, is wrinkled, and - it had someone’s old wallet (replete with trash, hair pins, and receipts in it!) I have one of these bags and I love the style, quality, and utility. I’ll be reordering and it had better be a clean, new product!!!

Bought this for my granddaughters birthday or rather my wife. I just paid for it. Our granddaughter loved it and liked how it was very versatile. As it is a bag or a backpack, very useful for her.

I was looking for a lightweight bag for summer to carry on my shoulder. This one seemed suitable to me, as it has two options for use - on the shoulder and as a backpack. Pros: fast delivery by DHL, the bag is light, well made, and fits a 13 inch laptop back to back. Cons: the straps are very-very short, even for petite women. If they made the straps of variable length, then the bag could be used both as a backpack and over the shoulder. As it is, it can only be carried by the handles. The idea was a good one, but in this form, it would only be suitable for elementary school girls or fans of the brand.

Great travel bag or every day bag. Perfect size.

I suppose the creators found a middle ground between the should strap changing to backpack strap, however, I cannot simply use the shoulder straps without having 1 hand holding them at all times. Otherwise the bag falls off. I am a tall person, and so the backpack rides really high on me. I mainly use the backpack both on my back and as a should strap. Although it’s sometimes hard to get my arms through the backpack straps. I do like the small handles. The side pockets can only hold narrow bottles of water. So for a mom on the go, trying to find a bag that holds all things kids need while also looking stylish enough to be my work purse, this will work but not perfect. But on weekends I switch to my other sports backpack because it holds my water bottles and rides lower on my back and it’s easier to get on. But it doesn’t look as nice as this bag does.
