> 3 dayI had a Fluke D800 multimeter for nearly 40 years along with a Beckman Circuitmate. The Beckman would test transistors, diodes, LEDs, capacitors and batteries, the Fluke was for voltage, current and basic resistance. The Beckman was the first to bite the dust and took my time about finding a replacement. Then the Fluke started showing a constant decimal point - it still worked, but it was bothersome. I finally decided that 40 years was long enough when I found this meter. It does most everything the Beckman and the Fluke did together. A few added bonuses included an audible continuity test and a backlit display. If this meter lasts half as long as my old Fluke, Ill be happy. These things are made to last!

> 3 dayFluke is a well known producer of industry reliable multi-meters. Purchased, knowing well enough ahead of time, that this product would fit all my needs. Recommend a trace kit for the extra types of connectors that make this multi-meter versatile enough for any job.

> 3 dayi am glad i got this mm esp i paid 115 dollars throught amazon its easy to use for any one this mm 115 covers most things that need to be tested. the leads are ok wish they were better quality < they get twisted easy- not like other 20 dollar meeter> you wont be unhappy getting the fluke 115 but you might if you look at cheaper brand mm
