    this item is simple to use with many different functions - from volt reading to pulling amp usage on running equipment, at work it was a necessity to have the correct reading on down equipment but for home use, it is seldom used and with long term storage between uses the battery can leak on the circuit board which is open to the battery compartment and cause the item to fail, needless to say, I had to throw one away and replace it, other than that its a great product.

    Everyday electrical work skip other meters get what you need the first time. This is the second one I have just wanted a second one. Other one is 10 years old and still works fine.
