My son stepped on his ipad and broke it, so I ordered this replacement screen to fix the damage. When the product came the directions were straight to the point and helped me fix the screen with little issue. Tools came with the product to assist in the repair, even thought I already had some tools from another fix session I didnt have to use them for this product. Hopefully I wont have to buy this again, but if I did this is the brand that Id look out for.

Seller should have disclosed the fact that the home button included didn’t support touch in the title… not buried in the description. Seems pretty shady. On a positive note, Amazon shipped the product quickly. Tools included were helpful.

Great protector, easy assembly!

This digitizer is pretty easy to install, and unlike other reviews mentioned, for me the adhesive seemed adequate enough, although it is definitely not as strong as Apple original, so I used some extra. The touch seemed very accurate. no lag or inaccurate inputs. The thin flexible metal tool is extremely useful for the screen replacement process. Note that TOUCH ID WILL NOT WORK WITH THE REPLACEMENT HOME BUTTON, so if your home button is broken keep that in mind. This is due to Apples restrictions on DIY repair, its not the fault of the part.

Dislike that it could be stronger adhesive wise

Bought this to fix kid’s iPad, but the instructions didn’t match the model or the photos. Gave up after seeing things didn’t match up. Unfortunately our kid got impatient and lost the screws that are necessary to putting back together. The tweezers were too flimsy and the stick thing was too soft.

Very easy to follow directions and works great!!
