Dude!
Greater than one weekThis is a great quality cutter. I really like this brand and expect to purchase more. This worked well doing the kitchen sink hole on the Countertop. A nice clean cut resulted.

> 3 dayThe quality and accuracy of this bit is what you expect from Freud. This is a precision tool that does its job as advertised. Thank you Freud for continuing to produce excellent bits and blades at a price that the average home woodworker can afford without giving up quality.

> 3 dayGood bit. Works great for flush cutting plywood in situations where you dont want to burn where the guide rubs. Like all Freud bits, came with quality carbide and a smooth bearing

> 3 dayThese are the best bits in my opinion. I have tried to save a few dollars buying cheaper bits, and ended up having to go back and buy one of these

> 3 dayIts a really long bit, so vibration is hard to manage, but, surprisingly, it works really well. I use it as a poor mans jointer and it works well.

> 3 dayIve been using this on a Bosch router table to put a straight edge on my lumber. Once I got the router table set up perfectly I used this to plane about 400 linear feet of various grades of lumber. I then took the router off the table and used this to cut out an undermount sink in a 1 1/2 oak butcher block counter top. That really pushed this bit to its max, but it gave me a great finish. You need a decent router to get the most out of this and the other Freud bits.

> 3 dayUsed this bit to make a duplicate of a rocker from a rocking chair to replace the original that had broken in two. Worked extremely well.

20-11-2024The router bit is fine. Very good value for the prices. Getting the packaging open was a bit of a challenge. The secret bing that you need to cut the label that covers up the separation seam.

Greater than one weekFreud has lived up to their great reputation. This bit will be used to make an arch fill above a door in an brick house. I made a template from a 1 x 4 and let the bearing ride the template to form the 2 x 4s for the fill. This will ensure a perfect arch shape on every piece. Ive used shorter bits like this before on thinner boards with great results.
