> 3 dayI purchased 2 canisters to place in my apartment, 1 in the living area and the other in the bathroom. When I opened the box it came in, one was fine while the other seemed to have leaked out a bit. However, didnt notice any scent while cleaning it up. I had to get up close to smell the product. The scent is pleasant. It isnt too flowery or heavy like perfume. It reminds me of fresh laundry. Placed the containers and after a month now, can tell you I do not notice any difference in my environment. Fortunately, I did not have a huge odor problem to begin with. But if I did, I doubt this product would work well to combat it. Ive asked visitors if they could smell the product when in the vicinity and they all said no, even tried placing it near a fan.

> 3 dayI put this on the kitchen counter to help with cooking smells while we wait for our range hood to be installed. By no means is this fast acting like a spray, but I dont want to use a spray odor eliminator around food. Its moderately perfume-y but not overpowering. You smell the scent more when you give it a little shake. I would love to find an odor eliminator that didnt ADD smells. My husband is prone to migraines and smells make them worse, which is why I got this to try. I like the colors of the beads, they arent garish and look nice on the counter without screaming Im here to eliminate smells!, as long as you turn the label away. When the beads have all been used up, there remained some liquid at the bottom with some tiny beads left. It was as if at some point, most of them just liquified near the end, and it didnt seem to be working any longer so I threw that out with the container. Probably it would be better suited for a small bedroom/dorm room or bathroom, rather than kitchen/dining area.

> 3 dayPurchased this in a desperate attempt to rid my garage of rotten milk smell, (long story short a milk gallon exploded in the trunk of my car). It completely eliminates the smell and honestly makes my garage smell great even months after the milk fiasco. However, I bought two and figured I’d give this a shot in the room where I keep my cat’s litter box. THIS is where this little odor eliminator REALLY sold me! Absolutely amazing at neutralizing odor from my cat’s litter box. Truly a one-of-a-kind find as far as odor eliminating goes, this is the first thing I’ve found that really gets the job done. This on top of the litter box in combination with a sprinkle of baking soda mixed with her litter and I can’t smell a thing. Plus, it lasts for AGES!

> 3 dayThe smell is perfect, especially if it would last longer. After a day or so, there was no noticeable difference in odor control and could no longer actually smell the original scent. I used this in a closed off area, so youd think it would at least make some kind of difference, but nothing. Not at first, not after cleaning the litter box and definitely not while they use it. That being said, it may be more affective to use it as small room air freshener, but definitely not for litter box odors.

> 3 dayWhile these canister style odor absorbers are a nice idea in theory, I have yet to find one that actually works like its supposed to. These didnt really help us much. After the first day, I could smell the pet odors again and could no longer smell the fragrance from these canisters unless I sniffed the canister itself. Honestly, I didnt hold out much hope since most of these canister things usually have really low ratings. Now, Im convinced that they just dont work very well.

> 3 dayWell if you want something that will cover up a bad smell than you have to put up with a smell that may be worse than what you are dealing with. The odor of this made me nauseous and gave me a headache. I had to treat it like a toxic substance when I disposed of it.

> 3 dayAfter 5 months I just reordered another one. I put this product in my kids shoe/sports equipment closet because I couldn’t stand opening the door anymore and being knocked over by the smell. When I tell you that for 5 whole months that closet was odor free I am wholeheartedly telling the truth. The beads finally dried up and just this week I noticed that The Smell is back! I immediately ordered another one. For $6 you cannot go wrong!

> 3 dayThis is just a preliminary review based on unboxing. I will update in a few days. I have read reviews talking about how poorly this product is packaged. I believe them. I got this with two other items that were wrapped in bubble wrap so it survived the trip. This item is tossed into just a thin baggy with no closure. Had it been the only item in there, I am sure there would have been a mess. As it was, I relieved it of its useless baggy and when I attempted to unscrew lid, those jellies went flying. I can tell you that the inner seal (yellow layer) was in no way sealed to the jar rim and I had to dig it out with a knife blade from the jar lid to get to the perforated top. Several jellies went behind furniture in that initial unscrewing, probably to never be seen again. These things disintegrate into your fingers even when you attempt to retrieve them. There is very little scent so far, what little I can detect is quite pleasant and refreshing. Advice for now, order with some things that have good packaging material. AND OPEN IT in a confined area, maybe over a sink. Because when you unscrew the top lid, those babies are jumping jelly beans, be prepared to pry the yellow seal out of the jar lid so that you can get to the screen lid in between that yellow seal and outer jar lid.
