FURminator deShedding Tool for Medium/Large Cats, Short Hair, Removes Loose Hair from Shedding

It’s shocking the amount of hair that this tool gets out. It’s almost never ending how much hair continues to come out actually. I have used a similar version on a long haired dog before and now this one on my short haired cat. Both animals enjoyed it and didn’t try to escape while I was brushing them. The only downside is it’s hard to get the hair to release off the teeth even with the little button to push it off, but I think it’s just the nature of the hair and static cling. It’s worth the little extra hassle to be able to de-hair your pet!

Hated all the shedding all over my clothes and house but this helps with that so much! Our cat is short haired but love how this takes away so much fur! Tip - because of the amount of undercoat it combs out, have a wire brush handy to keep it from flying away while using it. Great product, worth every dime!

First my cats love this brush. No introduction period needed Second my house needed this. With consistent brushing there are less “dust bunnies ( aka hair all floaters) in the air and on the floor Awesome product

Some cats love being brushed. 2 of my cats love being brushed so much that they will scream at me to brush them at all hours of the day, leading me straight to the brush when I stand up. One of them HATES being brushed and will run away if he even feels that petting is getting too close to brushing, but he loves the furminator (maybe because it feels different, maybe because its a faster process) If you have weird cats who love brushing, be careful using this thing. Once it clears the majority of the undercoat, it will start stripping guard hairs or damaging their cuticle. Get a safe backup brush to use when they beg you for brushing when theyre already deshedded.

I have two bangle cats and this works fabulous to get the undercoat out. And they enjoy it which makes the whole experience better!

It removed an amazing amount of fur from both short and longer haired cats but it covered me completely in fur with the floofier cat. Like head to toe. There has to be a way to electromagnetically pull the fur to the furminator and not the person doing it. It was worse than my photo shows. Both arms were completely coveted underneath too.

I cannot believe how much hair came off of our cat— that we just brushed with the $5 bush from any pet store. We are sold.

Nice deshedding brush! Sharper than the old version so be careful when using. Love furminator.

I have three cats in a small apartment. I’ve been losing the battle against cat hair. Bought this wonder product and turned the tide in my favor! I can’t believe how much loose fur I get off the kitties! It’s amazing! Worth twice the price!
