> 3 dayOverall not bad, but double check everything. Some of the cable crimping is bad, so definitely test pull each wire before installing. I had 2 fail on me. Use your own screws and your own drywall anchors if not installing into a stud. I had one of those just pull out of the wall as well. The screws are what Ive come to expect as cheap Chinese garbage that strips the head with the slightest amount of torque. But the brackets and properly crimped cables seem to work great.

12-06-2025The screws pulled right out of the plastic anchors. Didnt even get to test the poundage as they pulled out when simply tying to thread the wires through the holes. So next to no pulling on the bracket when the screws pulled out. These are a highly unsafe product. Unfortunately I didnt try installing them until after my return window closed.

10-06-2025I live in California so have items like bookshelves tied down for earthquakes. I also have a toddler that loves to climb. This lock does not need you to be 100% correct on location of both pieces so anyone can install it. It is very easy to undo as well.

> 3 dayI have had these holding a fireplace screen so my son will not touch or fall on the hot glass from our gas fireplace. Works well for that because it can be easily removed to have the fireplace serviced. Better than the zip tie I also tried. DO NOT USE TO ANCHOR FURNITURE! Before using these on furniture, I looked again at the listing for institucions and saw a video review saying they easily break. I tied one up and with a firm pull it broke apart. Im glad I found this out before installing on a bookshelf in my sons room. If I can easily break one, they certainly cannot hold the weight of a bookshelf!

> 3 dayStarted out with a plastic set of anchors from another company. Absolute garbage. These are way better!!! They are secure, strong, and come with all of the hardware needed for installation.

Greater than one weekWhen following instructions to a T, the wall anchors that were provided pull out of the wall which makes the furniture secured not secure. This is the key piece of hardware needed to keep our child safe.

Greater than one weekWorks great. I see a few reviews on here regarding defective cables. Personally these work great for me. I did double loop the cables as shown in their instructions and havent had any problems. Very easy to secure and easy to unscrew.
