> 3 dayGreat product. I love the fact that you can use two brackets for wooden furniture or just one of the furniture can’t be drilled into.

> 3 dayPretty straight forward, easy install. Feels sturdy as I mounted the bookshelf into the studs. Comes with drywall anchors with every individual anchor in the pack as well. I know there are lots of choices on the market, but these seem solid at a great value.

Greater than one weekUse these to anchor my tv to the fireplace mantle, wrapping the cord around the legs. These work perfect and didnt have to drill into brick fireplace.

> 3 dayI did a basic test and the thing ripped right out of the wall. Get bigger screws and make sure they fit the drywall anchors.

> 3 dayI installed six of these today, very easy to do. A suggestion when you are mounting the brackets: Mount the one on the wall first, then before you screw the other one to your bookshelf, put the cable through both brackets. Then you can just move the shelf bracket around until you get the right tension on the cable. Also, a good way to find the wall stud is to put a magnet in a plastic bag and try to find one of the drywall nails. Once you find it, mark the spot where you will drill the hole. Dont leave the magnet on the wall once you find the stud. My magnet slipped off the wall as I was banging around and dropped behind the shelf, grrrr :-(

> 3 dayMy husband purchased and installed this furniture anchor to secure a dresser in my toddlers room. To test it out I pulled using my fingers and the lock slipped out. The wire is sturdy but the locking mechanism separates with a little bit of pressure. We tried resetting it and tightening it, but the same results.

> 3 dayWell, the box was not taped or boxed from the shipper and it only came with 4 brackets and one wire.

> 3 dayI bought 3 of the 10 packs of these and so far have had to throw away about a quarter of the metal ties. The weak spot is the connection point on the end of the wire. You screw it together and then can easily pull it apart with just your hands, using barely any force-definitely not anywhere near the 200lbs they are supposed to withstand. Sometimes the the metal barrel piece that you twist is so much larger than the threads on the other end of the tie that you can just slip it on and off without even having to twist it on. The ones that work seem like they will be sturdy, but Ive had to throw away so many that its definitely not worth the money. Save your money and your sanity and find a different product.
