After doing extensive research prior to purchasing my first fitness watch, I finally pulled the trigger on this one and I havent looked back. Other watches I seriously looked at include the Apple Watch and Forerunner 945. Due to the MUCH better battery life, exercise data points, and GPS capability of this watch, my buddy who has an Apple Watch is now looking at getting one of these after he saw mine. Similarly, I am very glad I did not purchase the apple watch. Compared to the FR945, the FR245 seemed only to lack gimmicky features that I did not find important. The FR945 has the barometric altimeter, but you can still see elevation on this watch based on the GPS fix it receives (just slightly less accurate). The conclusion I came to is that this watch is a LOT of watch for the money, and you dont really get a whole lot more with the FR945 (not enough to be worth almost twice the price at least). If you think you really might need two weeks worth of battery instead of one or want a lot more songs downloaded, it might be worth it to you.

Deu problema em menos de um ano (depois descobri que é crônico do modelo) e NINGUÉM se responsabiliza, nem a Garmin, nem a Amazon NINGUÉM. PÉSSIMO ÃO COMPRE!!

Es multisport: Correr (en banda, afuera, pista cubierta) Bici y natación.

Function and performance are both good but its just so clunky to use, you need 2 phone apps and 1 PC program to make this watch work, like damn.

This is a great watch for people who are active but, the reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because it is push button, and a little confusing to use. I don’t like that it’s not touch screen like my Apple Watch. Bought this as a gift for my husband he felt the same so we retuned it. He wanted something more simple.
