It does feel a bit awkward at first because it raises the height of the watch from your wrist but you get use to it. Security mounts once locked in place. 3 full IRONMANs and Ive never worried about my watch once using this kit.

This is a must-have to be able to put your watch on your bike, if you’re like me and you want to know what your heart rate is and your speed or your pace for your distance and you don’t have a bike computer then this is a must-have you. It could probably be use with a bike computer too, but the ability to be able to pop it off your wrist and put it on your bike and go. You cannot ride the bike in and constantly look at your wrist watch on your wrist because you’ll have an accident
