Garmin Forerunner 920XT Quick Release Kit

Perfect for triathlon. It is a very good for T2.

Install was fast. Fantastic idea to remove the watch for cycling. I can respect it for its safety concerns. Looking down at watch versus taking your hand off the handlebar to view. The quarter turns are predictably sturdy and seems it will take the test of time of on/off to attach to different clasp and to recharge (You must remove to charge).

I was experiencing contact dermatitis from the 920xt buttons contacting the skin on my wrist (nickel allergy). With the Quick Release, the 920xt is raised up off my wrist enough that the buttons no longer contact my skin when I bend my wrist! The rash is gone. From Garmin tells me, this QR is more secure than the QR for the 910xt, which many had complained about. Ive not tested this one in open water, but I hope they are right! I wouldve given it 5 stars, but it loses a point for making the already large 920xt even larger! (but at least the rash is gone!)

Posso dire che il sistema ti consente di essere abbastanza tranquillo di non perdere per cause fortuite lorologio anche se ovviamente è molto più sicuro tenerlo al polso senza il kit. Attualmente lorologio lo sgancio e lo metto sulla BDS mentre non mi fido di sganciarlo metterlo sulla MTB. Di positivo cè che laggancio è lo stesso anche per il Garmin edge e quindi lo tengo per quando eventualmente mi prenderò il navigatore.

Perfect for doing tris and dus. And you dont need a separated watch and cycling comp as the garmin 920 xt is a very good comp for running and cycling. For swimming it can still do a lot better.

I was skeptical about this mount because I had read reviews that suggested that the mount was loose. After installing it on my watch band and bicycle handlebars, I can confirm that this mount is rock solid! When engaging the watch into the mounts on either the band or the handlebars, the watch face locks into place very smoothly with a satisfying click to let you know that it is locked. It feels very secure during runs, rides and swims. The mount does raise the watch off of your wrist by about 4mm (making a large watch even larger), but that isnt a large detriment.

Fits cycle tubes of various diameters and either inline or right angles.
