I have almost completely stopped wearing my other watches (Panarai, Tag, and Breitling as well as an Apple Watch). This one does everything except unlock my mac which is a minor setback. Its a little big for sleeping with as well as golfing but Im getting used to it. I love it through and through.

The Garmin Delta Tactix is an outstanding product that I felt was specifically designed for my own use. All configurations, most notably land navigation, work splendidly and offer ease of access. Personally, Im set on keeping this watch on my wrist well into the later stages of my military career.

Let’s start with I have had this watch for over a year now. It is very durable looks cool and has a lot of features. I am an athlete so I need to monitor my heart rate when I exercise. This watch is absolutely terrible for that. The sensor on this watch measures blood flow and is not accurate at all. This watch is 900 dollars with some really good features but it’s not worth there price. I talked to garmin about this watch and the so called heart rate monitor and they know how bad it is but they could care less. They offered me a chest heart rate sensor that works with the watch but the biggest reason and selling point for me was the watch heart rate monitor. I don’t understand how a company can get away with selling a product that doesn’t work and they know it doesn’t work but sell it anyway. Hope this helps some of you. Everything else on this watch works great.

In my opinion, I dont have enough life to deal with all the functions of this watch.

This watch keeps disconnecting with my phone, never had a Garmin do that before and I’ve owned a few of them. Did all the trouble shooting and it just keeps disconnecting, very disappointing

One month into ownership of this watch I noticed what seemed like a buzz (or busted speaker sound) coming from the device when the watch would vibrate). After contacting Garmin I was instructed to “send the device back and it would be covered under warrany” with very little explanation to the problem. after reach I realized several people have issues with the vibration device “coming loose” and causing a buzz when vibrating. I was offered a device to be sent out to replace my current device for $300+ “To be refunded up on the return on the defective device” while I wait the replacement. (A widely known problem, including several other models) shortly after that (a week at most) I realized the factory weather feature wasn’t connecting to the watch after over one hour of opening the Garmin connect app. After researching the problem I realized that too was a problem area A LOT of people were experiencing. Although I expect an unsuccessful attempt I will be seeking at refund off for this device. $900-$1400 is FAR form “worth the investment” either a lot of paid reviews or a lot of people that don’t utilize this device long enough to realize there are several flaws that keep this from “paying for itself”

Took a gamble on this purchase but I’m glad I did. Love this time piece and it looks awesome. Lots of great functions.

One of the best watches I have ever owned. This is a solid, well designed, and comfortable watch. Yes it is rugged. I do alot of hunting and this has come in handy with compass and mapping features. My line work work is extremely demanding so I have been skeptical if this thing will handle the abuse. It has seen high temp extremely dry conditions. It has seen deep mud and constant rain. It has held up to a few direct metal to lens strikes on the watch face. (Ones that would destroy other watches) It has seen suffering and pain that would break lesser watches... Feature wise its loaded (quick note to those that think they are squeal team 6 material this watch is not for you... DO NOT TAKE IT TO A CLASSIFIED BRIEF, ON OP, OR SENSITIVE ENVIRONMENT... BE SMART PLEASE....) That said it has all features and functions the other Garmin watches have and you can add more from the store. This thing shines with battery life (which can be manipulated by changing active features), durability, and land nav features. Its a great watch. 100% suggest.

If you want the best smart active watch then look no further. Yep, expensive. Yep, worth it. There is NOTHING that this watch cant do. I had the Tactix Bravo for over 5 years and just upgraded. The battery is at least 2x longer on the Delta. My Bravo sapphire glass was bullet proof - literally. I am ashamed at the amount of abuse I gave my Bravo and there is not one scratch on the glass. The DLC finish is showing a slight wear on the high edges but the new Delta does not have those high point so I expect it will wear even better. If you can do it, the Delta can track it - including a HALO jump out of an airplane.
