Greater than one weekThis seems like a perfect carrying case for newer than 2013 iMacs with the thin edge bezel and no CD drive. But Gator Case claims this fits 09 and newer iMacs. Unfortunately, they dont without user modifications. The small foam blocks that they provide to support the monitor in the case only accept thin bezel iMac displays. 2009-2012 iMacs are almost an inch thick at the base and this will cause the entire unit to rock out of place inside the bag. Id cut the foam to make it fit, but the fabric sewn around the foam block is too form-fitting to work. To top it all off, when I called Gator case, their customer service rep didnt even know that they sold these cases. Waiting for tech/customer support was non-existent, and now Im trying to determine if I should send this back and use the original iMac carrying case, or try the iLugger. As I said, it was a nice case. I wanted to use it, but trying to simply get customer support to explain how someone should pack a 2009-2012 27 iMac into this case only left to disappoint. And to top it off, the blocks do not suspend the iMac base off the bottom of the case. So if someone sets this on the floor too hard it may destroy your hinge join or cause and SSD mounted drive to come loose inside. (I wish they would have included two more foam blocks to fit the previous models).

> 3 dayThis thing is awesome. My iMac fits perfect in this. I have to road trip with a band a few times each year and needed my iMac with me for work. It gives me the peace of mind I was looking for. The panels are rigid but padded on the inside and there are a few pads inside that are movable with velcro on the backs so you can place them where you like. The main thing I love are the two internal pads at the bottom with a groove in them so that they grab the bottom sides of the monitor to hold it securely in place. The pockets are a perfect fit for a keyboard, mouse, small external drive and a few odds and ends. When we would arrive at the location, I could quickly pull out the power cable and be set up within a few minutes. And when it came time to leave, again it just took a few minutes to zip it up and be on my way. Definitely work the price for the peace of mind it provides.

> 3 dayThis is the nicest case I found for my 21.5” Mac. It is made very well. Fits perfect and comes with rain proof protectant. I used to carry to class everyday. It did get heavy after a while so I bought a rolling carrier for it and problem solved! Plenty of room for everything on a basic desktop. Like an office in a bag!

> 3 dayI was a little bummed that I didnt get this in time to get the one with wheels. The bag is heavy and add the iMac and it takes some effort to move around. That being said, I loved it. And am so happy with the purchase. I also realized I wouldnt have use the wheels as much - and they likely would have only added more weight. I love knowing I can travel around and my iMac can come with in it safe little suitcase. Plus I had room to back all the accessories - including a desk light. Totally worth it!

> 3 dayIts not a hard case but since I travel in my own vehicle, this works perfect. Just let valet know its a computer so they wont stack anything on it if you let them take your luggage to your room. It has external and internal pockets for all your devices and drives. Nice. Price is steep but so was my iMac Pro

> 3 dayThis case has paid for itself and then some! We are a military family and as such, we get moved around a lot. Our biggest move has been from the US to South Korea. I needed to bring my computer with me and found this case. Was perfect for the month of living we did without household goods, before we got on a plane, and it fits perfectly inside one side of a full piece of luggage! So I was able to check the computer under the plane and it was protected and working perfectly when I got it out of our luggage after a 19 hour flight. Now, I’m not saying go out and test it that way, but it did protect my computer! It was a great solution to me needing the computer and not having it take 4+ months to reach us here by boat. Love this travel case! Highly recommended!

> 3 dayAmazing case, so many pockets for all your peripherals so nothing gets lost when youre traveling with it. Also very sturdy and the velcro padding blocks helps from any type of mishandling when shipping or bringing it on a plane. Highly recommended for those whos life depends on your iMac!

> 3 dayThis is exactly what I was looking for in a case for my iMac! My favorite thing is that you dont have to remove in order to use - as well as the convenient shoulder strap! This was a function I was really pleased with as its easier for me to keep my hands free. Its stylish enough to look professional, but casual enough for discreet travel. This case will give me peace of mind wherever I want to transport it safely. This way, most people will think its a basic piece of luggage instead of a colorful, appealing to steal desktop. :) I was very happy to find someone that provides a secure and quality solution most people dont have a need for!

> 3 dayI bought this Gator case for my iMac because I live in a tiny home and do not have the room to always leave my computer workstation up. This case allows me to keep all of the components of the computer together and it keeps them very protected. Its a bit more pricey than some of the other cases out there, but hey, its a Gator. Im a musician, and I have been using their cases for a long time.
