LOVE these compact bulbs in tight spaces. Provide lots of bright light compared to incandescent bulbs. Great for my powder room.

2 of 3 flickered and had to throw away

I like the bulbs that work. They are what everyone says- bright, cool light, low energy. One out of the three pack was a dud and will not work in any fixture. I have the option to pay postage to mail it back to GE and they will replace the bulb or just go buy some more. Postage will cost more than a new one, so Im tossing it with other electronics to drop off to recycling next week.
