> 24 hourIt was really easy to setup and the integration with Alexa is top notch. Have been using this for a while and never had issues with accessing with Alexa. I would rate it better than Amazon basics devices like plugs and switches which I use and few of them have issues randomly but not this ge sync outdoor plug.

> 24 hourI have two plugs on the outside of my house that I use for my Christmas lights. In the past, I had used timers to get them to come on and off. Seemed like I could never get them in sync so the lights would turn on and off at the same time. Also trying to adjust for sunset was tricky. I purchased two of these and connected them to my Wi-Fi meshed network. (I mention my mesh network as needed good wi-fi signals outdoors and a long ways apart.) If you have not set up smart switches previously this is a little tricky to set up and run on and off at the right time. But if you are already used to smart switches and Alexa integration this is a typical installation.

> 24 hourI bought two of these wanting to have some home automation for my Christmas lights. First one set up easy, and the second one gave me problems. I finally got them setup, and could turn them off/on with my phone, didnt set up Alexa yet because I just wanted it for the schedule. The schedule the first round didn’t work, so I checked for updates, and there was one. Updated. They worked fine for my testing period, however the schedule I set ended up not working again. I ended up returning them, and going to Lowes to which I found a old school timer for plugs that works way better than this that is suppose to be smart. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this. It’s to glitchy. You can either go my route, or find a better smart plug.

> 24 hourIt works great and as intended, but needs to be unplugged and plugged in about once a month to reconnect.

> 24 hourI didnt even have to keep the GE app. I set it up directly from the google home app and works great for lights on the back patio. We had some really bad rains and it is still holding up.

> 24 hourI’ve only used google assistant, however I imagine using Alexa would be the same. This product is great, my wife and I have been using this since we put out christmas light up outside and she never was a big person on smart home products but she really enjoys this one as well as the light bulbs. Highly recommend, have not had a problem with it. Very durable in extreme weather. Had two major storms and this product has very great through the storms and after.

> 24 hourSo, I ended up sending this product back. Before I say why I will say that it felt like it was built good, and I am sure it would do the job. Now the However, I have a lot of smart home devices, so I use a generic app called smart life. I use this because I don’t want to have 5 or 6 different apps to control all my devices. This product will not integrate with anything else than their own proprietary app. I have confirmed this with their tech support team. Now it says it will with Google Home or Alexa however you must download their app and set it up. If you are like me and have smart bulbs, outlets, garage door, heater, sprinklers etc. You will want one app to control it all.

> 24 hourI used these for my outdoor lights and I’m happy with them. They are super easy to install and the material seemed very durable. The beat part about this is that you could control each plug individually which not many wifi plugs offers.
