The monitor industry clearly needs some legal action to straighten out all the muddled claims of response time, color balance, hdr, and other buzz words. This monitor has the worst ghosting I have ever seen and claims a 1ms response time. Just scrolling through text smears it across the screen let alone gaming or viewing videos/streams on it. I only bought it to serve as a second monitor and it cant even serve that purpose. For reference, Ive tweaked every permutation of its overdrive, refresh rate and gsync on off. The ghosting changes but is absolutely terrible even at its best. This monitor is good at once thing. Stationary images. The color is pretty good as long as nothing is moving.

I use this G27QC for work and play. Works great for both. Now able to play 1440P games. Easy to switch between HDMI 1 or 2 with the mini joystick on back corner (also used for any other setup as needed). Would recommend.

I’ve had this monitor for about a month and I’ve enjoyed using it with the old generation consoles and the new gen as well. Overall for the price it was a really good buy.

I got this for $100 off (280$) during black friday-cyber monday deals. I was kind of sad because the stand doesnt allow a lot of adjustment like my old one did, but not a big problem. Also, I had a 32 inch before, so going down to 27 was a slight mistake because it feels a bit less immersive as I was used to bigger. I had a curved 120hz before. upgraded to this and I can feel and see the difference in the FPS game Valorant. I was planning this monitor for a new pc build with the 6800xt and 5900 ryzen processor but so far on my budget 1920 x 1080 pc I can still see the upgrade. Which of course this makes sense, my old one had lower refresh rate and was 1920 x 1080.

the good- very clear image, the colors are so good and dont have color bleed, very bright, fix some image details and voila, basically as it comes from the factory it is almost perfect, I am using it for a xbox one x in 1440p 120hz and in a pc 1440p 165hz gtx1070.

Incredible value. Great picture quality, especially for gaming. Only downsides: stand adjustments are very limited and curve could take some getting used to. Highly recommend this monitor.

The screen has VERY noticeable flickering. So much so that it becomes distracting and all my friends are annoyed by my constant complaining. It is a great monitor otherwise especially with the 2 USB ports in the back. I would suggest another monitor otherwise unless they can get the flickering resolved.
