> 3 dayAfter 50 years of shaving, I have always returned to Gillette blades after trying other brand products.I shave my face and head three times a week, and one blade usually suffices. I thought the Fusion line of blades were somewhat pricey, but then again, very rarely do I nick myself, and usually little to no razor burn. But, Gillette managed to produce a total flop in this Proshield blade, at least for me. After my first shave (which is always the best shave that Ill get from a blade),with the Proshield blade, my whole head, neck and face were terribly razor burned. Needless to say, the one remaining shave left on the Proshield was quite ruff.I still have two blades remaining; I happily switched back to the regular Fusion blades.

> 3 dayBlade cartridges are expensive, always have been, and evidently always will be. I dislike the price of these blades but cannot complain about performance. I used these blades to shave my head and my skin is sensitive. These blades do not cause any irritation and give a close shave. When shaving my head I first shave with the grain and then against, which is where most blades will tear me up. These blades are very comfortable and work great. But at $4+ a piece, they better!
