Good keyboard overall, dont reall have anything to complain about.

Build quality is good and I like the fact that it has a built in key cap and switch puller. but that’s pretty much where it ends for me. Micro USB big thumbs down, 3 pin switch support only, useless software, super ugly keycaps (the legends are terrible) and top plate is a bit tight and/or sharp, I broke the mounting tabs of a handful of switches when removing them. I preordered the Pro because it seems like they learned from a lot of these mistakes

Comma only worked 50% of the time, so I had to return it.

the one I get is the pre-built black keycap with gateon brown.

Keyboard is good all around but usually 60 percent keyboards still have arrow keys that you can use , this one doesn’t

The keyboard and keystrokes feel awesome! The keyboard has a nice heft to it so it does not slide around on your desk. It takes some effort to move it around. After doing some research(read:downloading their software) I found out on the manufacturers website that I could have ordered this keyboard with the specific keyswitches and keycaps that I wanted.

Its got swappable switches.

I bought the product to use with MacBook, and while it seems to work, it is not fully supported. Keys cant be customized, and the software GMMK provide to do so is Windows only. In the user manual is clearly stated that the supported operating systems are Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10. So dont buy this if you intend to use it with your Mac computer. And Amazon, please fix the misleading feature advertising for this product, please prevent unscrupulous sellers from ripping buyers off.
