I have never owned a Google Pixel before, but all my techy friends said its the way to go if youre looking for a good phone that wont break the bank. They were definitely right! It has some cool features like it can detect a car crash and call the police for you. Havent had any issues with it, no complaints. Very happy with my phone.

It works. Slower than my Poco phone. But Im trying to switch towards other brands and thats why I chose the Pixel. It makes a lot of noise when you use a wired headphone. As if it picks up the noise when the headphone wire rub against anything. Pictures and videos look good. Very light phone!

Just broke completely with no reason after 2 years, after my first Pixel broke the same way, after 2 years. Before purchasing it, I believe Google Support told me this model would have a better life, so I naively purchased this newer model. 2 years later, here we go again, broken again, I have to spend all this time I dont have to discuss the matter, find a new phone, reinstall everything, and grieve my lost data. No mention to the financial waste for me, and ecological waste for the planet. I reached out to the support team who seemed comprehensive at first. After they failed at helping fixing the problem, they advised me to try to get it repaired somewhere since my warranty expired (I guess phone warranties are so short nowadays as brands are totally aware they sell you crap), or to get a new phone. They gave me a 20% coupon, but I reached out again as I was still concerned about getting one of their phone after the 2 phones I got failed me so bad. The person advised me to get a Pixel 7 which will have an improved battery and life. With the current sale + my coupon, the price would be ~360$. Not bad he said. Except that when I added the product to the cart and applied the coupon, the sale was removed so the final price was MORE expensive than when I didnt apply a coupon at all. I reached out AGAIN to the support team who after a while told me to contact another team. I contacted this other team today, I have enjoy to waste time with people who are not helpful at all, and a robot like person kept saying Sorry - discounts are not stackable showing no sign of concerns as the previous team lied to push a customer to purchase a product, and finally shut the conversation after a while. I didnt even ASKED for a coupon the first time, so why a company would send an unusable coupon at the first place, valid to purchase phones only except that if you use it youll pay a more expensive price than anywhere else?! its insulting and just shows the lack of consideration of a company for their customers.

I initially tried the Pixel 5 and returned that to Google. Then i waited until the 4A5G was perfected and got it last week. Easy to work with - good size on the various touch pads so i can use it easily. It seems to be the perfect upgrade from my Moto-x4 and i am very glad i got it. It comes packed with a charger . cord and pin device to get access to the sim card tray which is so easy to use. Sound is very good and can get as loud as i want. I am extremely happy with this phone.

caveat: I only buy unlocked phones. You dont have to go to a store to setup the phone. Its not that hard to move a SIM card. Starting it the first time took some time, but a lot of that was downloading apps and sync. There was a step where I connected my old phone to transfer everything I wanted over. The phone works great. The screen is beautiful and bright. Havent really tried out the camera much, yet. A nice thing about it being from Google is the latest version of Android will always be available.

Im a little biased since i went from an iphone 6 to this but i am pretty blown away. At first i was disappointed in the display and camera and thought it was grainy until my dumb*** took off the protective film that comes on it brand new. The display is clear and great, the camera is just amazing, night sight is spectacular. The photo sphere is brand new tech to me so i love it! Its nice to be back with android again after so many years, i missed the customization of phones including background, app placement, sounds and so on. Finger print sensor isnt new to me, but compared to the iphone, its night and day on speed and performance. Spoiled people complain about the dumbest little things, but in my opinion this is a solid phone. Posted a before and after of night sight used.

I was a fan of the pixel, had the 2XL for a long time and it held up for several years against the competitors until about 2021, 2 and a bit generations later I thought Id upgrade. The 4a doesnt feel like an upgrade from the 2 at all. The camera is not noticeably better and laughable to competitors on the same generations. I understand its a budget version, but for a phone that sells itself on camera capabilities, the focus Id expect wasnt there. Within one month I started seeing functional problems where touch screen wasnt responsive, Google assistant wouldnt work even with the phone unlocked, and never locked despite enabling it to unlock at home. I wont comment on the 5G performance as that could be a location/network issue but very disappointed with this purchase and wouldve been just fine sticking with the 2. The 4a is probably literally worth what they pay for a trade-in.

My wife uses this as a work phone as well as a personal device. It has held up well for the last year. there have been no complaints of lagging or battery life, so she is happy.

When I visited stores the Samsung phones were always hot and that is why I switched to the Pixel. Photos are great, it charges quickly, and holds the charge for a long time, but many of the options are irritating. For example, if I hold the volume button the media volume is changed instead of the ringer volume. Ring volume should be first and I should not have to go into the volume options to choose ringer volume. I and other people I know with Pixels have experienced issues while texting and agree it is not intuitive. Other phones often do not receive our text, but they show as sent. It is very random. I feel like the phone requires too much effort and wish it was more user friendly.
