> 3 dayThe tape is low tack meaning it does not stick well... until exposed to heat. Too much heat and it is no longer low tack. Optimal application temperature is 70-90 degrees. Colder and it wont stick without exposure to sun (or a heat gun). ON HOT DAYS 80+ KEEP THIS OUT OF THE SUN UNTIL APPLIED. It will be TOO sticky if left in the sun on the roll on a hot day, you wont be able to get it off the roll. Once applied, the sun will hit it and it will get gooey and then it is permanent. We use this as a deck joist tape with great results. Cheapest on the market and appears better than the competition.

> 3 dayIve had similar occurrences to those in review photos here. Not as bad as those photos show, but still on some level. Peeling the tape from the roll is trickier. And tearing pieces off with my hands is also more trickier than regular Gorilla tape. The physical substance of this stuff is different. Would take some getting used to, but I want the original kind next time.

> 3 dayFrom beginning I thought I was getting thick tape with good adhesion like I bought before in Walmart. This one different kind its thinner not so heavy duty with worse adhesion. Good thing I saved package put it back and returned

> 3 dayIt slips, I dont know if they use too much of the adhesive or if it was too thin but I made a small box using it as a reinforcement for the corners. Few days later the tape had shifted drastically leaving a sticky black trail like a tape slug. If I cant trust it to hold two pieces of cardboard together what can I trust it to do? Wouldnt recommend this product and I wish I hadnt bought two rolls.

> 3 dayCould not unravel roll of Gorilla tape check before return window closed. Contacted company to see if they would make good on their product got an Email with a list of how to use tape did not address my problem of tape sticking to itself. Did not offer a replacement.

Greater than one weekI was not successful in repairing an expandable garden hose. I have not attempted to use it for any other project.

> 3 dayI made a rain catching bucket and used Gorilla water proof adhesive to attach the screen material to the top. For added adhesion I used this tape to guarantee the screen isnt going anywhere. The tape is thick and the adhesive on it seems to be VERY good. I have had it outside for only a couple days and it has only sit through one half day of rain. So far it seems to be holding up very well. Well see after a full summer of sitting in first half day of sun.
