Good tape

Gorilla anything is awesome. This tape really does the trick. I couldn’t tear it with my hands very well. Had to use scissors.

I read the full description and I didn’t see any warnings on this product about not using it on certain surfaces. I was doing a project in my car and initially started out with painter’s tape. However, when the painters tape didn’t hold up, I decided to use just a few pieces of this just temporarily. Only a few minutes on the upholstery left a few thick - but smaller-yet-extremely-obvious - patches of black adhesive. In my attempt to get it off, it has completely smudged and RUINED every bit of the upholstery on this side of my vehicle. I’ve tried a few different methods to remove it and it only gets worse with each attempt. I also used this (in the same project) for a permanent fix on untreated wood and the tape came off within hours, leaving permanent residue on everything it touched in the wind. Essentially, it permanently sticks to everything except what you want it to. I will never use this product again.

This stuff is lower quality than the 5$/roll 3M stuff on here....dont waste your time, effort, or money as this stuff is thinner than the regular gorilla tape and less sticky. Im disappointed

It’s not as advertised just a different form of duct tape actually duct tape is much better. I wouldn’t recommend it for what they described but if you want an alternative to duct tape it will be OK.

Simply the BEST tape for outdoor/weatherproof tasks. Use this tape when putting an outdoor AC covers. The addition of this tape to really secure the cover to the outer case. It holds without fail, through the rain, snow and cold of winter. Only words of praise for this weatherproof tape. Go, go, gorilla tape.

From beginning I thought I was getting thick tape with good adhesion like I bought before in Walmart. This one different kind its thinner not so heavy duty with worse adhesion. Good thing I saved package put it back and returned

Used this on a outdoor trash can that the garbage pickup crew destroyed. It is holding it together well so far. It has held through Severe cold temperatures of over -20 degrees and it is still stuck to the can.

Tape sticks to itself readily. Be certain to put a pencil or stick against where the tape is pealing off the roll when cutting small pieces with your scissors.

This is probably some of the best toughest tape ever!! It’s so tough though when you try to cut it with a scissor some of the glue actually sticks in the scissors and the scissors won’t open again until you take the glue off. But I love it! It’s exactly what I needed I wanted something waterproof and really sticky and this stuff works!
