> 3 dayI used this product to repair worn and torn neoprene Hyper Sandbells. They are expensive but we put them through a rough workout over time and they get torn. The Tape doesnt appear to work when you first put it on the Neoprene but if you put the tape on and leave it on for a while with the weight of the sandbells on top of the tape then it works well. I just tested my sandbell before I wrote this and I put this tape on the bell several months ago. I picked it up, held it over my head and slammed it on the tile floor several times without it leaking any sand and without the tape coming loose. The weighted bag costs around 3.00 per pound so it gets expensive to replace them. The Tape lets us use them to their very end.

Greater than one weekI had a leaky sunroof on my car and I knew it was from the seals but didnt know where so I did what any woman does, I put some of this tape all the way around it. (It never opened anyway). No more leaks and its held through 2 winters and 2 summers so far without any part pealing or coming off. It blends quite well too, no one has noticed its even on there. When sticking it on I obviously had to cut and trim and those parts came off without any issues, didnt pull any paint off either.

> 3 dayIMHO, Gorilla (duct) tape is probably the most respected by outdoor enthusiast, of all brands. I think thats because it can be used in a wide variety of ways, where many other brands fail to fix the problem. For instance (all of these have been tried by myself, or by friends): 1) fixing a hole, in a water-resistant tent, WHILE its raining! 2) fixing a tear in a tent - and having it STAY fixed during the whole camping trip. 3) staying pliable, but ALSO staying attached - even when the tape is in direct sunlight, on a hot day. Pros: listed above. Also, good value (amount of tape vs. cost). Cons: 1) Its a BIG roll of tape! And, its HEAVY, and harder to find a spot for in your pack. I wish they would sell the same amount of tape, as several (3-5) smaller rolls, especially for backpacking. Solution # 1: roll a few feet around a container already in your pack. Solution # 2: roll 18-inches around each ferro rod - as an improvised handle, and as a fire starter (if needed).

> 3 dayThe tape wouldnt adhere to clean 4mil plastic sheeting when applied within operable temperatures. Ive had good experiences with Gorilla tape previously, so Im just assuming this was a defective roll.

> 3 dayI bought this tape wanting something that wouldnt peel off with cold and warm cycles like some duct tape does. The purpose of my purchase was to use this tape to close gaps between the top plate of a wall and some foil bubble sheeting that Im using to weather proof from the roof overhang into the house for new construction then to tape along the edges of the roof baffles up to the roof peak vent to ensure an airtight transfer of air between the overhang up through the roof vent. This tape doesnt really stick well to the plastic baffles or dimension lumber or the participle board roof sheeting nor the foil bubble wrap that Im using to seal the foil airtight that I stapled from the top plate of the wall to the roof sheeting. See picture. You continuously can come back a day later and need to smooth the tape back down to the surface as it continues to come off. The tape says to apply above 40 degrees which it is. About 55 degrees here during the application. I also tried to bring it into the heater space and apply to a warm piece of wood and it made no difference. So Im returning the last six rolls I purchased as Ive already burned through six and will need to find something else that has much better adhesion and will not come unglued creating drafts in my ceilings. I will likely try to buy a few different rolls single at a big box stores and try them out and then pick one that will seem to hold up. This product doesnt seem to have many purposes honestly. It would never have been exposed to the outdoors as it claims it could be, however if I were to do so I would have zero faith this product would stay stuck. It may last a long time as it does feel durable but if it doesnt stay stuck what is the purpose. I would consider this a big false advertising item in general. I almost want to test in various circumstances but I dont have time for that. Ill likely not buy gorilla brand herein as it is more pricey than other brands and this was a BIG waste of time and money for me.

> 3 dayThis is super strong and adhesive is super sticky. I gave it lower stars because it was set in my purse and completely ruined it. The sides of the tape attach to everything when set down. Not like normal gorilla tape.

Greater than one weekUsed this on a outdoor trash can that the garbage pickup crew destroyed. It is holding it together well so far. It has held through Severe cold temperatures of over -20 degrees and it is still stuck to the can.

> 3 dayOverall, the tape is excellent, however, it was not until I received the product that I learned it is not appropriate for repairing my cut garden hose. Inside the tape roll is the fine-print statement, Not for use on applications under pressure. I suggest that the seller make that fact clear in the product description.
