Excellent qualiy, it comes with a cap to reseal the unused portion & is fairly priced. This is a win-win for all caulking jobs.

> 3 dayWe had a shower installed and from the start it leaked at the base of the door. The guy came back and twice to seal it with professional proprietary caulk. After a little over a year it started leaking again. I called the company and they said caulking wasnt covered under the life time warranty. They also had no one in the area anymore so they would contact another person. He never showed up. So I bought and used this product from amazon, located the leak. Stripped and cleaned the area applied this product and by the next evening we took two showers and no leaks. Love it.

> 3 dayThis stuff works great! We had a bad sugar ant infestation, so we used this to seal every crack in our kitchen so they couldn’t get in! Worked like a charm! I will warn you this stuff smells VERY strong so keep your work space we’ll ventilated. It’s also very sticky so we used a plastic putty knife to smooth the edges down and make a good seal on things, then wiped the knife on paper towels to prevent build up. Happy sealing!
