Gorilla Waterproof Caulk & Seal 100% Silicone Sealant, 10oz Cartridge, Clear (Pack of 1)

I like the Gorilla brand. Is always perfect for what I need it for. I used this to seal my sunroof, hasnt leaked yet. To repair the loop on my Bluetooth before it broke and cracked the wires. Its pliable so it doesnt hurt my ear, actually pretty soft. Doesnt look pretty, but it works.

This product worked as advertised. This not a knock against the product but just a warning. 1. Read the label before using. It clearly states to avoid contact with skin. I did not read the label and handled it as any other caulking product. It was a real pain to get it off my hands. 2. Ventilate. This product has a really strong smell when used. Good product - just be careful with it.

I like the product. It worked great. I used it on a litterbox enclosure. 90% of the tube is wasted because it breaks and the bottom pops out. It never came out of the nice hole I made in the tip. I was able to spoon out and apply what I needed but there was no way to salvage the tube. Maybe next time I will try to find it in something like a glue bottle or toothpaste tube.

Better than Flex Seal and cheaper, too.

Works great but has a very strong smell

This is an excellent sealant. I’ve used a lot of caulks, and this is one that holds true to it’s stated cure time of 30 minutes, even in wet conditions. I used this to seal a few gaps on my porch because water was getting into the house through the brick of my mud room steps. This worked great. I used a standard caulk gun to apply it. The only negatives I will say is that it lays on pretty thick. Most clear caulks dry truly clear, this looks more like a thick glue so it isn’t the prettiest application. Also, it’s pretty slick — my porch got very slippery along the wood until I scraped away the excess. Overall, great.

Im building a Paladarium and used this as adhesive for the backing of the tank. The smell is super strong and Ill have to delay work on the project until the smell dissipates. Maybe a week or more. Other than that, its crystal clear and works great.

I used this product on an outside roof sealing project. I wire brushed the surfaces, cleaned them with Acetone and brushed off any loose material. The caulk went on flawlessly and was easily sculpted with my fingers wearing light medical gloves. Id recommend it hands down.

READ BEFORE USING!!! Seems to work GREAT BUT setting time is so fast you have to be prepared for it. Can not do too large of a line or you won’t have time to go over it with a finishing sealing trowel.
