Great product. This is a substantial amount of dye for the money that can dilute to 12000 gallons. I was able to find my roof leak with it. Plenty left over to do other things!

Bought to use on water line leak. I poured the whole gallon at the beginning of water line after purging all water. Turned on water left it pressurized for 2 days no green. Turned the outside water outlet on ,seen green in water turned it back off. Went back after 45 min when it got dark to seen if I could see with blacklight Nothing. It should have showed up. I saw green water come out, waste of money.

We have a drainage issue on the property with a retention area that has been draining very slowly and we didn’t know where it drained out. I used 2 cups over the area where the water is supposed to drain from, and in a few minutes we found the drainage pipe where the water exited about 200 hundred yards down the road.

We tried this in our man-made pond to find a leak. We didnt find the leak, its just too small we think. But we sure have green water. The pond has been green for about 4 days now. The fish and salamanders dont seem to be affected. Note: a little goes a long way.

Had a very small leak in a Stainless Steel tank. Wasnt bad, but too much to just ignore. The leak had to be on a weld, but I could not find the exact location. A small amount of this tracer in the tank and using a UV flashlight, it was pretty easy to find the minutiae crack.

We had a leak in our 4500 gallon pond. Once we were not able to detect the leak on our own we sought this product out. However we tried using it several times and were unable to locate the leak. Partially because the fish once you pour the liquid in just kept moving around and messing everything up. We have about 30 fish in our pond so it wasn’t easy to just remove them. The product didn’t hurt them at all whatsoever. We ended up having to buy a new pond liner and pull the fish out and replace the liner. I feel as if this product is much better for plumbing leaks.

Used it to find a leak in my hot tub. Works well with a fluorescent black light, less well with the LED UV light. Good product.

I have been using this to complete dye tests on septic systems. Its orange until it comes in contact with water then it is flourescent green. A little goes a long way.

Found my back yard septic leak easy, targeted the area fix instead of digging up the entire drain field. Used a quart out of a gallon. Flush it and wait overnight, pretty easy to see.

Get to the bottom of that leak.
