Green Water Tracing & Leak Detection Flourescent Dye - 1 Gallon

Greater than one weekI believe the product does what its supposed to do. I just misunderstood how it should work. I applied the suggested amount to my pond in an attempt to find the leak. However, it turned out that I was not able to trace the leak (maybe due to the leak is leaking into the ground?). I thought I would be able to see the dye slowly flows to where the leak is so I can trace it by looking at the water inside the pond. That wasnt the case. It made my pond green but all my fish are safe!!! I was contacted by customer service asking how I like the product and if it meets my expectation. I responded explaining the situation. The next day I received a very professional response and a refund was issued. I am a very tough customer and its very difficult to pleased me. This customer service surprised me and I have not came across a top notch service like this.

> 3 dayWe needed something nontoxic to illuminate our swamp water and this did great! Doesnt take much for the right effect, so we have plenty left over for next year. Or, to use in troubleshooting any plumbing problems of course.

> 3 dayI was luckily able to prove a city engineer wrong about old storm sewer connections that did not have any plans in the city files and save a lot of problems.

08-06-2025The sump pump pipe got lost in the grass. I spent several hours trying to locate it--no luck. Got this dye, poured it into the sump pump. A minute later, the discharge location was glowing in the grass! Problem solved.

> 3 dayIt works...I guess. I used this to try and find a leak in my septic system. I even bought a UV light and thought I saw some. Turns out it was just the UV light in the water. I would try red to show up better in the yard.
