It is advertised for coolant specifically but can be used for oil changes also. Only downside to this is there’s no rack to sit your filter on while it drains, but that isn’t accurate due to it being made for coolant.

Good quality

Ive only used flimsy oil pans before and this was great. The cap seems to seal well from minor drips after emptying. I bought one for oil and one for coolant. Loved it and Im glad I bought a second.

Handy as a shirt pocket.

Room mate had one of these, used it a few times and bought this one. Excellent for the price. The pour spout is great if you drain your coolant for whatever reason ...you can run it thru a strainer and back into the system with ease.
