> 3 dayIve only used flimsy oil pans before and this was great. The cap seems to seal well from minor drips after emptying. I bought one for oil and one for coolant. Loved it and Im glad I bought a second.

> 3 dayIt was oil change time, rear diff oil change time as well as coolant drain and fill time. I wont ever use a different type of drain pan again, I should have bought these a long time ago! They are plenty wide enough to catch the splashes but not too tall and fit perfectly under the gladiator shelving we have in the garage. Pouring out is also very easy to do through the spout. Few paper towels to wipe it out and back under the shelving it went. PERFECT

> 3 dayI don’t write a ton of reviews BUT I had to for this drain pan. Seems very sturdy and easy to handle. It’s a lot larger than I needed but it’ll get used. I also like the drain cap on the spout. Very nice drain pan.

> 3 dayIt’s thick durable plastic will hold easily 7 quarts but don’t buy this if you need to drain more than 7 or 8 qts as it gets to close to the top and diff to manage. it pours easily and easy to clean so win win

Greater than one weekUpdate: Jan 31 2023 I guess I was impatient. Today I received a phone call and email from Karen regarding replacement cap. Seems every business is impacted by employees shortage. Even though it took more then two weeks to get response but still I appreciate she follow up with inquiry, thank you. I wish someone communicated with me and acknowledged they received my inquiry earlier. Update: Jan 27 2023 I think I used only 3 times so far and last week I found out spout cap has a small crack and leaking. I wrote email to customer service but no response. Very disappointed with customer service and product doesn’t not last even an year. I guess I can still use without cap but I would like to have replacement cap. Original review 2022 I used for oil change yesterday and it worked well. It’s maybe too big for oil change but I liked it because larger the drain pan means less chance to make a mess. But I wish drain opening is smaller. I could transfer oil to 6qt oil container without funnel but I ended up used it because felt more secure to use it.

> 3 dayThis is the fourth oil pan I’ve owned and definitely my favorite. I decided to purchase this model after having two too many spills in my garage with pans that weren’t deep enough or maneuverable enough. This allows me to trap a ton of oil and easily transfer it to a container for transport.

Greater than one weekNicely built and big! Only issue is when tipping over to empty I wish the oil drained a lot faster. Thats a function of the spout I guess. I made a mess by tilting it too much, defeating the whole purpose of that spout. Incompetence or not, I wouldnt have had that issue using an open, spoutless pan. Otherwise it is solid.

> 3 dayits not super easy to clean. i wanted a container for oil and coolant but its not that easy to clean so im just using it for oil now. i dont want to mix those fluids because i recycle them and it can be dangerous to mix and donate. the cap also screws a bit loose. wish that was better but its good enough. i bought two now one for oil and one for coolant.
