This is the best stuff. I have been using it for months now. My teeth are much brighter since I started. I do recommend using it every single day if u want the whitening benefits. Plus you gums and overall teeth health improves as well.

I do notice a difference if i go without using it, especially in breath smell when i wake in the morning . Does pull out crap that i seem to miss with my brush. The tongue scraper is bonita too.

This stuff is great at teeth whitening and overall positive dental health! The texture is similar to saliva and can cause a gag reflex but once your used to it, it’s not bad. Noticed whiter teeth in 4 days and better looking gums in a week (used twice a day)

I didnt know what to believe - could something this simple make a difference in my gum health? Ive suffered from poor gums my entire life (lots of bleeding, lots of gum work) but this is a game changer. I use it before brushing and wow - I can literally feel my lose teeth tightening in - healthy. I have never been more skeptical only to be proven wrong. This works great. I use it in addition to flossing and brushing and my morning breath and gingivitis and significant gotten better. My sensitive teeth also, not as sensitive. I love this product.

I’m not a fan of the taste… but it does leave your mouth over all feeling cleaner after swishing as instructed and then brushing! My next dentist visit was better after 2 months

The guru nanda brand has struck gold again! Super effective and is travel friendly! I am always hesitant to bring anything with me while I am traveling that may stain my clothes. This makes oil pulling while I am away from my home super easy and convenient! I love that this product actually works!
