I’m not a fan of the taste… but it does leave your mouth over all feeling cleaner after swishing as instructed and then brushing! My next dentist visit was better after 2 months

The flavor is good.

I have not used it long enough yet to make a review, however, so far I like the product and my sister has used it and she has told me her gums improved.

The oil for pulling isnt bad nor the best. In the middle. This is more watery than the regular coconut oil.

This is the best stuff. I have been using it for months now. My teeth are much brighter since I started. I do recommend using it every single day if u want the whitening benefits. Plus you gums and overall teeth health improves as well.

I do enjoy using this product…

I love pure coconut flavored pulling oil but this has added something horrible tasting! The aftertaste is even worse! Not coconut at all - YUCK!! Sadly, its one of the few individual/travel packs Ive found - urrrgggh!
