I’ve been hearing about GuruNanda’s oil for a few months but all the Walmart’s around me are always sold out. So I decided to just go ahead and order from here since you get 3 the 3 pack with tongue scraper. We’ll it arrived quickly and packaged beautifully with 3 toothbrushes and toothpicks scrappers and even a little travel pouch wasn’t expecting that so it was a nice surprise. The oil is very minty and feels great my mouth definitely feels healthier since I’ve been using it. Will definitely order again.

This is exactly how my order arrived opened and damaged box. The actual pulling oil was leaking wasnt opened but leaking somehow.

The little goodie bag of stuff that came with it was nice, but I really dont know if I can get myself to use it again. Its a texture thing; maybe I didnt shake it enough? And it tasted horrible and I... yeah I dont think Im gonna use it again. Not for me.

I didnt know what to believe - could something this simple make a difference in my gum health? Ive suffered from poor gums my entire life (lots of bleeding, lots of gum work) but this is a game changer. I use it before brushing and wow - I can literally feel my lose teeth tightening in - healthy. I have never been more skeptical only to be proven wrong. I will continue this regiment b/c I believe its amazing.

Id read about the potential benefits of oil pulling and was intrigued but the thought of putting a spoonful of plain coconut oil in my mouth was so off-putting. I found this product and gave it a try. I really like the flavor - not too strong but definitely leaves my breath fresh. The consistency of the oil is good too. I havent noticed much if any whitening (Ive been swishing for 5 min, twice a day, for about 2 weeks) but Ive noticed a reduction in tooth sensitivity which has actually encouraged me to floss more. I used to avoid flossing because there were 4 or 5 areas of my mouth that were just so painful to floss. I knew that meant those areas probably needed it more but it was a hard thing to overcome with motivation. Since using this pulling oil Ive noticed that flossing isnt nearly as painful (if at all) so Ive been doing it a lot more frequently. Definitely give this a try if youre new to oil pulling and/or suffer from sensitive teeth and gums!

I actually think its working. Smells okay, not a bad taste. Its just a familiar taste from the past. Not sure what that can be? I would recommend it.
