06-06-2025Great 6” recessed wafer lights. However there are two driver box styles, one with the switch directly on the side and one with the switch offers to the side. The style with the switch directly on the side has a poor internal layout that is much harder to work with when wiring, to the point I’d consider returning them for the other style had I not already fought through installing them. For the better driver boxes I’d give five stars, but for the other driver style I’d give three to four stars just because of the inconvenience.

Greater than one weekThese bad reviews are Laughable. One guy can’t cut a hole correctly and the other doesnt know what an led dimmer is. Maybe you shouldn’t be installing these then.

> 3 dayI purchased two 6 packs and installed them today. They are extremely easy to wire, even for someone who is only moderately experienced. They work well and dim easily. I mainly got them because my current cans are drafty to the point it felt like an air conditioner when you put your hand near the light on a cold, windy day. This seems to have solved this. I just bought another 2 packs to finish off my recessed lights.

> 3 dayI brought these to replace some 3” 50 watt halogen gu10 fixtures. They were all brown and melted from the heat of the halogen bulbs. My electrician easily pulled out the old fixtures and installed these instead.

Not a Complainer
> 3 dayI didnt install them. The lights I ordered came in packages look like theyre used. Returned. I ordered halo SMD same size 6 5000k round trim. HLB is smaller compare to SMD. SMD doesnt need J-box or housing. SMD has 600 lumens brighness.
