Greater than one weekSuper strong and easy to install! Weve been meaning to buy anchors, but after seeing the video of the dresser falling on the two brothers, we knew we had to stop putting it off. Lots of choices on Amazon, straps, hooks, this type. I ordered one of these as a trial run and just installed it, I am freaking thrilled. I have it in the back of a bookshelf going into a stud in the wall. I pulled the bookshelf myself, it held it just fine, then, I added my weight and leaned back and it still held fine. Im ordering a few more of these right now (I dont think its necessary to drill out a hole and install it on the inside of dressers - except maybe for optics).

> 3 daySeems secure, I hope they never get tested, but they look like they will work if so.

> 3 dayI had to modify the installation by attaching to wall studs for better security. This required getting longer screws than provided. I think people need to survey their homes and install these units on risky items.

> 3 dayIm an engineer and spent quite a bit of time researching the anti-tip products, very unhappy with the common plastic device. It didnt make sense to me to have them strapped from the top of the bookcase to the wall above the bookcase. Why? Cause when it tries to fall forward, the weight of it will likely pull the screw out of the wall (even with an anchor) or tear through the top of our MDF bookcase. I watched the video associated with this product and started doing my happy dance. Sure, you have to cut a hole in your precious bookcase and position it such that it screws into a stud. But so what! This product, installed correctly, will definitely not fail. I am happy to know that the shelves might break if my kids climb on it but it will NEVER fall on top of them.

Greater than one weekMy husband was happy with the easy install and the materials. It is not made of nylon or fabric like some others.

Greater than one weekOpening to attach things is smaller than I expected, but overall I like the look and quality.

> 3 dayOne of the easiest anchors I have ever used. And quite sturdy. Only thing I would say is if you dont have a stud to attach to, you will need your own drywall anchors as they dont provide them. Otherwise, super awesome product.

> 3 dayAfter we moved, we lost all the anti-tip plastic hardware that came with our bedroom dressers. Looked around at the local hardware and furniture stores and couldnt believe that nobody carried it. They suggested just some bolts, but I really wasnt looking to drill huge holes into the expensive furniture... Sure enough a few months later my 3 year old daughter started climbing on our dresser and pulled it over onto her, fracturing her arm. After a little more frenzied research finally found these on Amazon and they are amazing, they allow the dresser to move, and yet hold it securely within 6 inches from the wall. An adult can even hang from the dresser and it wont move.

Pretty good question asker
> 3 dayI got these to secure some tall shelves to a wall. The biggest challenge was finding the studs (ended up looking for the nails on the baseboard, and using a level to draw a line up to where I wanted to put the brackets) . Once I had that, easy and fast to install. One package had screws with the grooves filled in by the black finish, rendering it unusable. I’m glad I ordered an extra set.
