We have at least 5 of these on varying pieces of furniture in the house. Easy enough to install. I like that it has a cable connector so it gives you some flexibility in joining the piece to the wall. It makes it so it doesnt have to be precisely aligned. It makes me feel better that our furniture isnt going to fall over on our climbing monkeys!

Product is well designed and works as promised. I used it to anchor a lateral file cabinet whos drawer interlock system no longer worked and it had nearly fallen on my wife. My problem was more locating a stud in the wall and mounting it on the underside of the cabinet.

Easy to install and seems like it will work as advertised.
