> 3 daySturdy, great ropes holding it in place. Netting can be broken (our horses managed to do this) but the bag still stays functional and intact. Really like the chunky heavy-duty carabiner that comes with it. Helps when tying it around a tree.

> 3 dayThese things are way easier to fill than my old hay feeders. They are pricey compared to the others I have purchased but I really like them for ease of use. They seem like good quality and should last a long time. Horses approve too!

> 3 dayThese are freaking awesome. Can fit a half bale in this net. Feeds my horses when they’re in the stalls for a couple hours a day for 2 days and my hay waste is practically zero. Before they wasted so much and churned it all in the shavings. Probably saving me lots of $$ because the lack of waste and Florida hay being $20+ a bale. I will definitely be buying more

Greater than one weekLess expensive bags give me slivers and are difficult to tie up. Haychix bags are amazing. My horses love them too. I have 4 horses and only 4 of the 1/2 bale bags - Im definitely getting 4 more before next winter for so I can pack 2X feedings all at the same time each day. I use muck buckets (less the muck - the black wannabee a muck buckets at a fraction of the price from Walmart work well) to hold the bag open while I fill the bags with hay - works great!

23-11-20244 horses - some of them super tough on everything. These hay nets are everything you want them to be - a way for horses to enjoy their hay but slow them down, a method you can simply use and then walk away, and a very adaptable but sturdy, easy to fill and use set-up. Our horses are in outdoor paddocks with electric fence. So basically the hay nets are tied to trees in the paddocks. And the rope is super high quality, easy to tie, easy to untie, but shows no signs of wear and tear. Of 3 nets, one developed a hole, but it came with some extra string and that hole is now closed and staying closed. The hole size is perfect (have used the smaller one for minis too). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
