> 3 dayBought two of these for half the price of the Amazon outlets, and they absolutely work great! Yeah you have to download the HBN app and make an account, but once you do, they are easy to pair up and name. Each outlet can be individually named, like Fan or Plant light for example. Once that is done, Alexa will see them and allow you to operate them by voice using the names you gave them. Great buy, seamless integration, highly recommend. Thanks HBN!

> 3 dayThis item was pretty easy to figure out, and easy to install. I wish the app had a way to put the plug in the room or area of your home it is installed in to make it easier to control with Alexa, but thats not extremely important. I can control it, I just have to take a few extra steps. Double sided plug makes it easier to control two devices with one plug. Not great if you only have one thing to control in an area. For example, if you want to use a fan in your bedroom and have nothing else to plug in the socket to control with Alexa, I dont suggest using this socket. Maybe use a lamp or something in the other side. Its wasted with nothing in it.

> 3 dayThe overall experience with this seller was great, shipping was good, delivery by Amazon was good. The product is outstanding, it synced up to Wifi without any problems, and works well with our Android phones. We are currently using them on Christmas lights inside the house. Great product that works well.

> 3 dayTook me all of 10 minutes to setup and most of that time was typing in device names and then deciding to switch the names between plugs. You simply download the Tuya app, connect to your wifi, push a button on the plug until the blue light flashes, follow Tuya prompts and you are connected. For Alexa, go to Skills, search for HBN Smart, Enable To Use, and enter Tuya account info. Done. Obviously there are Routines you can set in either Tuya or Alexa but if you have any experience with other smart devices, this will be easy as well. Highly recommend for ease of use. As an aside, the plugs themselves are relatively trim so they fit nicely in the outlet without interfering with other plugs.

> 3 dayThey work good, but I had to have my son (more tech/wifi savvy) set then up on my phone. Wish it was easier.

> 3 dayYoure better off buying the real Alexa. One of these stopped working within 4 days of installing.

Greater than one weekPay attention because it only connects to 2.4 which can be a pain, but it does work as advertised

> 3 dayThis is a pack of 2 devices, each with 2 outlets. There are 4 outlets total that you can control individually. For the price, this is a great buy. Setup is also very very easy with your phone and Smart Life app. Of course, if your Smart Life app is registered with Alexa, you can control them with Alexa as well. You can set schedule for on/off via Alexa or device app. Like most of these types of smart devices, they only use 2.4ghz Wi-Fi which is very common in today’s home. Other things: + when each outlet is on, a red arrow light turns on, pointing to the active outlet. Not too bright. + when each outlet is off, the device switches on a single blue indicator arrow. Again, not too bright. + there is an audible click as each outlet is switched on/off + pressing the same individual arrows as stated above will manually switch each outlet on/off. + pairs easily with Alexa app. Alexa adds it as 3 devices. (1 device with 2 outlets = 3) Example: Living room with lamp1 and lamp2 Overall, a great deal vs buying 4 individual smart plugs/outlet . I do have single smart plugs and inevitably I wish there was a second outlet on it to use as an always on. These help deal with that and more.
