These are great. My kids are 8 and 10 and still have a tendency to fall asleep in the car- especially on road trips. These do the trick of ensuring they have a headrest to lean on so their bodies don’t end up tangled in the back, trying to sleep on an armrest. My only recommendation before putting these on is to check when your childs head actually rests in the car before purchasing. If their head doesn’t come up to the headrest their head could hit against the mounting assembly and hit them in the head. My 8 year old has a tendency to have that happen but he doesnt always put his head straight back so it isnt a major issue.

The headrest was simple to install, however it does not fit with a 2021 Nissan Rogue. Its not a matter of the width of the headrest bars. Due to the thickness of the pillow bar, the headrest will not lock into place. So if you push up in the pillow supports, the headrest can easily come out of the post holes and the hole pillow system will come off. Quality of the product is decent though.

This carseat head rest pillow is very comfortable. My husband very like it he use everyday. He drive almost 10 hours that’s why he using always. Easy to install and it’s very good material then easy to clean up. I’m highly recommended

I honestly would not call this memory foam because it isnt; it is somewhat soft and cushy, though. The material is also very good and quite durable at that. It was super simple to set up. It stays in place balanced. The sides can be adjusted and moved up and down. I use it when I need a little nap in the car, however I would have wished that the sides also were able to be adjusted away as well, not just up and down. Overall, somewhat adds to the comfort of napping in the car. Looks discrete and as if it is part of the car. Thanks.

This is pretty amazing and my 8 year old can fall asleep comfortably. Easy to install!

They give you 3 different sized spacers. Seems pretty sturdy. Ill update this after a road trip with them installed.
