Great camera especially for the price!

We have two, one for our two year old and one for our 5 month old! Its awesome that you can have two cameras and one center! Battery of the screen doesnt last too long, but you can just bring the charger with you!

Overall, this baby monitor gets the job done but there are a few issues. I will say that for the price of this one compared to most I am satisfied. We have 2 cameras so the picture flips back and forth between the two. I can set it on just one child if I like. I can also turn the camera left and right and up and down. However, sometimes the picture will just freeze and get very pixilated for a couple seconds. It will go back to normal though after a couple of seconds. Also, the night vision never seems to turn off with both of the cameras. I’m not sure why this is. It doesn’t really bother me because I only use them at night anyways.

This is the second unit purchased in just over one year. The second unit now doesnt charge. Believe the problem is the power cord. Absolutely ridiculous. Poorly made power cords.

I bought this camera 11 months ago as a second one to go with our monitor. Last week, it disconnected. Since then, the camera has disconnected from the monitor every time we turn the monitor off. Today, it stopped pairing altogether. Well see if customer service can help with this. Otherwise, we have LOVED the HelloBaby monitor. UPDATE: I emailed customer service. They asked me to take a video of the issue, which was obnoxious, but I did. I emailed the video to them and, after ten days, and received no other response. I know they got the video because I shared a Google Drive link and for some reason they requested editing access, as opposed to using the view-only access I provided.

Easy to setup great picture/quality nightvision speaker great product

I love this baby monitor so much I bought a second for my daughter. I like how easy it is to work with and set up extra cameras. I also figured out how to keep it set on the different cameras without having to disconnect the other cameras so that make using them so much easier.

Camera only shows black and white even when not in night vision mode. No response from service email printed on the unit.

This is our first baby monitor. Pros: We like the ability to see our son as well as hear him. The temperature and ability to have a alarm sound if its too hot or cold is a nice touch. Its simple enough to operate and definitely helps if you have an active child. Cons: Sometimes it can glitch causing the picture to go out completely. Not sure if its an issue with the wireless connectivity or the unit itself. The spacing between the units isnt even more than 100 ft. Camera one works flawlessly. Camera two glitches daily. Restarting the parent unit seems to help.

Love our baby monitor this extra camera add on was very easy to add. Keeps us from having to move the baby or the camera.
